This was the perfect place to stay to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The "neighborhood" is right near the airport so not very appealing, just a lot of traffic, but we didn't hear the traffic so it was no problem. We booked the hotel to be close to the Dublin Airport and that it was. The hotel took us by shuttle to our terminal as well. We were disappointed with the room. It had a hospital smell and the shower had some discolored caulk that looked mildew.

Upon check in, the associate behind the counter was short and abrupt. Not very friend and I made me feel like I was putting her out. Wish we could've had our room at Noon. This was the perfect place to stay for my quick weekend trip to Dublin. The hotel was stylish and clean, and the restaurant was welcoming. The front desk staff was very helpful in guiding me on how to take the Dublin Bus downtown. The shuttle to the airport was efficient. I would defiintely stay here again.

This hotel decides everything for you, without regard to what you want. Want to have the lights on? You have to have your key in the door. Want to plug in a laptop near the bed? You can't-- they changed the plugs near the bed so only *their* devices can plug in, but not yours. The list goes on. We arrived late and there was not really any food to eat. We had 2 young children 3yo and 16mth old. My 3yo has severe food allergies and the night staff did not speak english very well and communication was poor. It was very frustrating for us.

Good value hotel with helpful staff. Taxi fare to hotel is horrendously expensive (why being so close to airport?) so try to get their free shuttle service. The buffet breakfast was lovely, pleasant servers.

We chose this hotel to stay at on the last night of our ten day vacation to Ireland because it was close to the airport. My daughter and I arrived at around six pm after traveling from Galway. We were tired and going to eat and relax before our flight the next morning. We checked into our room, which was a standard convention hotel. We were also starving, so we headed to the restaurant. The meal was substandard. The chicken dish my daughter ordered tasted like a bland lean cuisine and my steak was overcooked. I didnt send it back so it is my own fault for that. The americano coffee was awful too. Our meal cost us 70 euro. Way overpriced for what we got. . I was glad this was our last night and not our first impression of Ireland. So after we left the restaurant, I went to take a shower and I had a heckl of a time turning the shower off. I went to bed,daughter with ear plugs next to me and was kept up by elevator noise and the party with a dj playing backstreet boys and an assortment of techno pop until around two am. I booked this room, based on a recommendation, and because of its convenience to the airport. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the second floor. The room had an overwhelming smell of smoke. We called to have our room changed, but their computers were down, so we had to wait for a call back. When we opened the window, the noise from the airport […] was unbearble. Sounded like we would be sleeping on the runway. After waiting about 20 minutes, unable to relax or unpack since we'd be changing rooms, I went down to the front desk, and they were able to change me to a room on the first floor. I asked for a room on the opposite side of the building becuase of the noise. She assured me, the new room would be much quieter. The room on the first floor was situated next to a few rooms reserved for meetings. The airport noise was just as loud, and the bed was like cardboard--quite possibly the most uncomfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. (Not sure if the bed in the first room was any better). the walls were so thin, that we were woken at 6am by the sound of the hair dryer in the adjacent room. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, but based on the quality of our room, I would not stay here again. Read more

We landed at 6.30AM. We were happy they gave us a room right away and did not make us wait till 2.00PM--normal check-in time. 2 min. walk to the Bus stop to city center.
