The hotel and surroundings is beautiful. Tried to contact the front desk on 3 occassions and no answer after letting it ring 10-15 minutes. No washed cloths delivered caused some difficulty in showering. Called Maid Service and they brought up clean ones 1/2 hour later. Not acceptable.

Highly recommended! Great price and value. We barbecued everyday we stayed here as they have wonderful weber grills out back. Fantastic whether you're using during a work trip or a family get-away. 5 stars all around. The staff was extremely helpful as well and I'm going to use again in the future.

As some other posters have noted, traffic on International Drive is a horror, especially trying to track back to I-4 from the hotel. You would do well to a) add 30 minutes onto your expected travel time, b) look online for the Mass schedule at Mary, Queen of the Universe Catholic church--it IS a factor. If you do those things you won't be gnawing the […] steering wheel as you move at a snail's pace down International Drive. Room was awesome. Staff was extraordinarily nice and helpful. This is a wonderful place! Has everything you need in a vacation resort near Disney. The pool was especially nice, and there are activities all day long. Premium Outlets right next door that is less than 5 minute walking distance away.

Great price for such a nice hotel. It's definitely far enough away from other amenities that a car is an absolute must. Parking is a little tricky since the spots near the main entrances to each of the buildings fill up pretty quickly in the early evening, but we always managed to find a place to park within a building or two of where we were staying. […] The cleaning people did a great job, reception was friendly and accommodating. The hotel has amazing reviews and deservedly so. It was perfect for a business trip as well. The room was very nice, with jetted tub, complete with dining table and a covered patio with nice view of the pool in center. I did not use the amenities much. It is next to Orlando Premium Outlets, so it is at a great shopping location too. Which makes it surprising […] that it was hard to find any decent bar/restaurants around without having to drive a few miles. Also, one would really expect a much better restaurant at hotel than there are. Bar next to pool was passable. Parking next to your building can be a little hard to find (walking couple of blocks with your luggage in rain late at night is not much fun for everyone). BE VERY CAREFUL! pay close attention to what type of room you book. the studio suite is the SMALLEST room I have ever stayed in and I have been traveling for 24+ years. The staff of the Hilton was not at all helpful at fixing the situation and I was the one who had too do all the leg work just to follow up on my complaint. The managers on site just […] kept pushing me off on someone welse who could not make a decision. PARKING: bring comfortable shoes because at night when you get in there are NO spots close to your room. We ended up parking at the outlety mall every night and just praying that the car was there in the morning. Plenty of phone calls to the room trying to get us to see a presentation on a timeshare. The maids started at 8:00 and had no problem waiting outside of your room until you left. NEVER AGAIN!!! Hilron has lost all of my future business. Read more

The room itself was great. Ample space & Jacuzzi tub were really nice. Parking is a hassle after 2300 but it is FREE compared to other hotels in the area that charge a stupid resort fee. From the moment we arrived at the front gate until the moment we checked out the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Their standard reply to any request is always:"It's my pleasure", and they also act like it is. The room we stayed in was a studio, which actually is the smallest in the whole place, everything […] else ranging from one to three bedroom apartments. The room was spotless and very big for a hotel room, with a king size bed and flat screen TV. Also a full bathroom and a small kitchenette, with a fridge and microwave. A small balcony completed it. We felt like royalty and were treated like it. Later we came to find out that this is a part of Hilton's version of a time share and we wouldn't mind getting in on THAT deal. We stayed for four nights and every morning our room was done to a T, it made it a pleasure to return each day after a long day of activities. We never had any issues that needed attention or improvement. The hotel was very close to Walt Disney World, Sea World and many other attractions on International Drive. All in all we thought it was a very good value for our hard earned $, with the room rate being in line with other (inferior) hotels. This is a beautiful and easy to access hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had friends pick us up for dinner and they had no problem getting into the Hilton "compound". The room was very nice and clean. There was a problem with the toilet & it made quite a bit of noise. We used the screened in porch every night which was very nice, however, there was a lot of noise when the staff drove the motorized carts pulling linen & trash bins. Clean, quiet when we there in January. Incredibly friendly staff! Service was excellent. Property is a little removed from Disney parks, but I'd prefer to be out a ways when done with the crowds. Shuttle was $9 per person, round trip. Leaves hotel at 8:30am and offers return options of 6:30 and thereafter. As noted in other reviews, kitchen is a fully […] equipped and a quick walk to nearby Publix stocked us up on groceries. The hotel store has sundries as well, at a markup. 2 pools and hot tubs with food that was pretty good and also beverage service and wade-in areas for kids. Taxi service from the airport was $45 in and $22 back, depending on traffic, at about $3.50 per 1/4 mile. Will stay here again. No time share pressures or added resort fees. Concierge was helpful in getting park tickets. One small thing...in-room whirlpool tub heated right up, but shower refused to run hot water...even after running it 5 min it would only get to warm. It is a dream place. The internal lake is amazing, day and night. The suite is huge, the kitchen is amazing with everything in perfect condition. Location is excellent. The close outlet solved the shopping. If left in the afternoon, housekeeping would easily skip cleaning. Calling front desk, problems are solved in minutes.

Hotel was really nice. Check-in easiest every experienced, and on a holiday weekend. Price was low. Only five to fifteen minute drive to all the big parks. Restaurants everywhere nearby on International Drive. We loved it. Very large, many buildings, two pools with bars and hot tubs at both. Clean. We were expecting a hot tub in our suite since that is what the picture showed when we viewed online but felt we recieved adequate room for price paid. We strongly believe that the room we recieved should not be rented out as it was right next door to the cleaning service room so early each moring they would hang out picking up their supplies and very […] loud. Speaking to the front desk did not help. We decided not to complain a 2nd time as we felt it might make it worse. Other than that it was also almost impossible to drive down the street it's off due to high traffic from the mall shoppers, we live in Houston so we are used to traffice but this was crazy , it would take us 30 min to travel 2 miles to highway 4, now if your a shopper then you hit jackpot as there was an entrance gate to mall from hotel.
