In HK for 5 days of business and 3 days of vacation. Moved from the Exclsior Hotel (great business hotel) to this hotel in order to stay in a "real" HK neighborhood. Rooms are nicely appointed, very clean, and very small. Tiny bathroom, even with the "super deluxe" option. Great views both day and night from our NE corner room on the 30th floor. Hotel personnel very helpful and knowledgeable. This hotel is near the hip SOHO area which has dozens of restaurants and clubs. The HK escalator is nearby so getting up the hill is easy. This location may be difficult for senior citizens due to the surrounding steep hills. Easy cab ride to the HK/Kowloon ferry.

Nice place located several blocks from the hopping LKF hot spots. Comfortable and quiet room. Had a nice view back toward the mountains. For the money, this was a real find in the heart of Hong Kong. It's not a resort, so don't expect pool etc. But all in all, a great place with friendly staff.

Very good price for the quality of the hotel and location. 20 minutes walk from Star Ferry and main Central buildings. Neighborhood a little down market, but hotel clean, up to date and very nice. 5 Minutes from Queen Street. and near Lan Kwai Fung nightlife.

This is not one of those hotels with a grand impressive loby and aminities, but it's in a great location and the rooms are comfortable. Several blocks from the trendy area of LKF and a couple blocks from the MTR, it was the most conveniently located. The room was comfortable though not large. For the price, I found it to be a good deal for being in the center of things.

This hotel was great. The shopping distance and clubbing distance was a short walk away. The staff take pride in their job and will supply you anything you need. Next time I am in Hong Kong I plan on staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it is closeby the best bars and restaurants in hong kong and very nice atmosphere. The hotel itself is comparably small with others , but the invotave decor and furniture in the rooms and bathroom are not to be missed a great deal of thought has gone into the design. A very nice hotel. BUT if you are NOT fit, go somewhere on the flat level somewhere, there are high gradient slopes, stone stairs etc.. in every direction from the hotel !

Kowloon just doesn't do Hong Kong justice. See a part of the real city and stay in Central. Just moments away from the Antiques and night life district of Lan Kwai Fong , this boutique hotel promises much - then delivers handsomely. My deluxe City View room on the 15th Floor was wonderful - clean, bright (huge floor to ceiling windows) and very tastefully decorated in traditional Chinese style furniture. Staff were exceptionally helpful. And to cap it all off, just outside a real food market everyday and one of Hong Kong's best Sichuan Cafes. Perfect.

Best location for dinner, nightlife(practically in LKF), and enough shopping. Close to everything necessary, and NOT in the main tourist area, which is a good thing! Genuin HK streets just ouside the hotel. The only not so good thing is that the size of the rooms are quite small, other wise everything is perfekt; stylish interrior, helpful staff and again:perfekt location!
