The hotel is pretty good. I found that the rooms were clean and reasonably sized and the hotel staff quickly checked me into the room. They charge for wifi here but I called down to the front desk and asked for a code - they provided me with one at no charge. I would stay here again!

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel in the past year. The last visit was not good due to computer problems at check in. However, this visit things seem to have improved and I was once again happy with the stay. This is a fine hotel if you are doing business in the nearby areas. This was my second stay at the Jury's Inn in one month. The first time I was impressed (for the rate charged) with the great room, good service, location, etc. This time while the location of the hotel and overall room style is still good, I was a bit unhappy. Apparently the hotel is going through a computer system rebuild and they were very disorganized. […] I had two people come into my room (their key worked!) because the front desk didn't have the record of me being in that room. I was also upset that while I paid a significant amount more per night this stay - the room was smaller and no free internet. Not sure why the rate changed so much and why those amenities weren't included. Finally, my room had two beds and the fabric on the bedcovers were very worn and some stains on them. We were in Milton-Keynes to attend my daughter's MBA graduation at Cranfield University, a 20 minute cab ride away. This is a good business hotel by location. Very close to the train but not much else. That aside, the hotel was good for our purpose, comfortable room, good mattress. This was my first time visiting the UK and not staying in downtown London. Milton Keynes is a very modern and "american" style town, so not a lot of history or culture, but clean and well laid out. The Jury's Inn is in a great location, near many high end and medium end resturants, as well as a local supermarket. You can walk easily to the cetnral rail […] station with 40 minute rides to downtown London. The hotel is clean, modern (though a little dated in some areas), and I found it to be a very plesant stay for a few day business trip. They leave you two bottles of water and cookies every night, which was a nice touch. They have good Wifi throughout the hotel, and the breakfast is good. Great breakfast, tidy, clean room & location is right in the heart of nightlife. Parking is reasonably priced & right opposite hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Only downside was no fridge in room. Otherwise everything more than satisfactory.

Good stay, very clean room. When we arrived, receptionist 'attempted' to politely suggest we moved floors as we were on the family floor and we might be too noisy. (3 girls, but by no means rude and noisy!) The beds were comfy but when we arrived back at the hotel at around 4am, there were bouncers to check us off on a list. Overall, the stay was good. I have one comment however, I was told breakfast was at 6.45, however when I entered the restaurant at 6.50, I requested poached eggs and was told that the hot food had not been put out,this was then put out five minutes later. I left the restuarant at 7.10, without recieving the eggs.

Stayed here and ramada next door, if you could combine the room from jury's and bathroom from ramada it would have been 5's all round. Location was amazing with bars and restaurants in walking distance :-)

Was sceptical initially as booked before reading reviews, but was pleasantly surprised!! Managed to park right outside (you can if there is space and it's between 6pm and 7am). Helpful check in desk, went to room on 10th floor and was really nice, only thing I would say is that as we were in family room, this equated of a small double bed and a very […] small sofa bed, luckily our children are still quite young, but families with older kids may not be able to cope with limited sleeping space. Very clean. Ate in the dining room and was nice and very well priced. Breakfast lovely too, generally a great atmosphere through the stay, would go back again! Hotel central to MK office, parking slight issue as away from the hotel otherwise everything you would expect from a jurys inn. Issue with booking and breakfast being included which i am taking up at present.

The hotel and service was amazing although the early morning call from the maid at 9am was not welcomed. Overall the staff were amazing and even arranged a dominoes pizza to the room at 1am. Beds are super comfy and rooms are a good size. Hotel was in a great location to easily get around the city.

I thought that the hotel was absolutely perfect for my needs as a business traveller. The staff were very pleasant, and helpful. The reason I marked the service down is the speed. I only stayed one night, however the check-in was easy and pleasant, the room was on the 7th floor and was large and in good condition, you could not hear any outside noise and the location was perfect, the only downside was that the floor was non-smoking yet sometimes a faint smell of smoke would waft in but nothing to strong that it ruined the stay. […] very good service, would stay again for the price! Reception was busy at time of booking in, staff were very pleasant and efficient and dealt with the queue quickly. Room decor was dated but spotlessly clean. Parking in nearby public car park is easy, just remember to feed the meter for the morning as charges commence at 7.00am.

I stayed here for 5 days and found the room basically clean and comfortable. However, I found the service slow, sporadic and not very welcoming. For example, staff wandering around and tables left uncleared at breakfast and reception staff could have been more friendly. One day I came back to my room and found my bed made and my night clothes thrown […] on the other bed in my room after I had left them folded under my pillow. I know how minor this may seem but, it's little things like this that colour one's opinion of the hotel. i had to be in Milton Keynes for a weekend and found the hotel to be a short walk from the railway station which was perfect. the service was excellent, the room clean and comfortable with the facilities to be what you'd expect. there is a large sainsburys in the complex with many bars and restaurants...none of which kept me awake through the night. […] the hotel is in the middle of a busy working and social complex but it's not ontop of you so you don't really see or hear it. all in all i enjoyed my 2 nights and would defintately stay again.
