We reserved 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds. Surface clean, but floors and corners horrible in the rooms.

I like my stay here. The Fridge in the room I cannot underestimate. Thats a good option in a room. I just wish the TV featured more cable channels. I'd still recommend this Place to anybody.

The room was great, staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. My only criticism would be that the smell of stale cigarette smoke was really strong throughout the building, so much so that even in our non-smoking room, the smell was noticeable. If they could find a way to deal with that problem, it would've been perfect.

My stay at the Sleep Inn was last minute because of a power outage in the area that made it impossible for me to stay with my granddaughter and her husband, as planned. I thought the room was very spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location is not ideal as there is nothing within walking distance. One of the biggest things is customer service. When checking into the hotel, it was average. When checking out, the attendant behind the desk was more lively and had more.personality. she addressed my consern with the staff because my room wasn't properly cleaned after the first night.

We stayed 2 nights and it was fine. The owners were suprised by the price we were charged for 4 people as if they were not being fairly compensated, however they did not try to charge us more. We were supposed to get a gas card for staying 2 nights and they said I would have to contact someone else. I have not had any luck handleing that situation.

This hotel is located in anindustrial area. There isn't much of a neighborhood. Our view was a junkyard and up the street was a run down trailer park and a truck stop. We picked this area because it wasn't too far from the NYE party we went to. My only complaint was the next day, after a late night NYE, was the harrassment we received from the desk […] clerk. Yes I admit we got up late and we thought checkout was 12pm. It was 11am. The clerk started calling the room at 1120am saying checkout is at 11am. So we got up to get ready but every 10 or 15 min she kept calling, even coming to knock on the door a couple times. She knew she woke us up at 1120am and we still had to get ready. So we finally got ready and went down to check out at 1p. Then she says to us we owe $25 for a late checkout. There was nothing on the receipt we signed when we checked in about a late checkout fee. We even asked her to show us her written hotel policy that says there is a late checkout fee. Of course she could not show us and ultimately said nevermind. We think she was just going to put that money in her pocket. So if you stay here DO NOT stay up late and make sure u check out on time or you will be harrassed and bamboozled for extra money!
