This hotel should only be used if all else fails. The room was not cleaned daily by the staff. There was no way to get an ironing board except during normal business hours. No way to get extra linen except they take it from another room. No remote to the T.V. Bathroom door fixtures barely attached and hanging off... Now the air-conditioning worked great! So the bottom line is, if you cannot stay anywhere else and you need to stay one night in Las Vegas, then stay...

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. There was no towels, no trash cans, no cups to drink water, no water bottle available in the pepsi vending machine, no soap, no light and bad a/c. It was not cleaned when we came back on any of the nights. The shower was bad too. It is situated on a one-way road and nothing is close by. No shuttle to airport, strip is not convenient to walk to. The night desk clerk also was not helpful. Definitely a hotel to avoid.

Weekly & monthly rentals - locals going through trash - bad place to stay !!!

This hotel stay was a dismal experience! We chose it from hotels.com primarily for the convenient location to the airport, as we were flying to Spain and needed shuttle service as well as a place to leave our vehicle. When we arrived we were informed that they did not have shuttle service and had not had it for quite some time! This was a hardship as we had to get ourselves to the airport. The room was filthy! The shower had not been cleaned and the floor was covered in bits of dirt, and lint, etc. The only saving grace was that we were able to pay a nominal fee and leave our vehicle for the length of our trip. We had booked the room for the return as well, but were so disappointed in the room we just picked up our vehicle and could not bring ourselves to stay the night.

Horrible location. Tv didn't work in one room so switched to another one and couldn't get in the second room because of the key. TV worked but no remote. room was gross and not nearly enough towels. The neighborhood was horrible and very ghetto!

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! I WOULDN'T EVEN STAY THERE IF IT WAS FREEEEEEE!

The hotel price is cheap but doesn't mean the customer doesn't deserve basic needs like towels and extra pillows when you specified 4 people. We requested two double beds and the first night we got there, they said they didn't have rooms with two double beds but that it would be available the next night but no they didn't. They didn't care and just told they didn't have it available. Pretty much, their mentality is that their prices are cheap, they sell out, so they don't care about pleasing you and not following your simple requests.

This hotel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed and would never go back there again. The only reason I stayed there was the convenience to the Las Vegas Airport.

This hotel was the worst. The rooms were not that clean and not organized. There were stains on the sheets and on the pillow sheets. I was afraid of even using the bathrooms. The towels had stains as well. I didn't feel safe AT ALL! even my cab driver was concerned and didn't want me to stay in that hotel. That should say something. The service was horrible. Best western was next to it and I wished I booked a room there instead.

WE HAD TO STAY 2 NIGHTS AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF OUR TRIP. THE WALLS, CARPET, FURNITURE, BATHROOM WAS FILTHY. THERE WAS NO SOAP. NO GLASSES, BURNED OUT LIGHT BULBS. THERE WAS A STAIRWAY TO THE SECOND STORY WITH CAUTION TAPE ON IT. WE NEEDED A SHUTTLE TO THE AIRPORT, BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE WE WERE INFORMED ALL SHUTTLES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ALL THE TOWELS HAD BAD STAINS ON THEM. THE WORST PART WAS WE ASK FOR A WAKE UP CALL SO WE COULD GET TO THE AIRPORT ON TIME. THAT CALL NEVER CAME.I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO STAY THERE NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY.

No garbage can in room! No soap, no shampoo, dirty, holes in walls. First stop after checking in was to go store and disinfect! Second stop, got on computer, no service in room! Third stop, called Hotels.com and found another Hotel.

I've stayed in worse, but only in third world countries. Truely a dump. Nothing like advertised. No soap, shampoo, or wash cloths. Numerous calls for service ignored by all staff. No transportation to airport as advertised. Under new ownership. Street sign still says Knights Inn.

The room was spotted with rug stains and there were not enought towels and they did not provide enough paper the next to the last day of our stay. We ran out of toilet paper. Also, I had to go to the front desk because after the first day the room key didn't work. I was very unhappy with the situation. The main concern was price. That was great, but overall it was not worth it. I won't want to go there again.

Our room was right over the bar and there was a steady thumping from loud music until very late at night. The hotel was booked for our 4 member family and when I asked for 2 extra towels, since there was only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth provided, I was told that they ran out and would not have towels until late morning the next day. There was pigeon crap all over the area, the pool was disgustingly green, the finish was worn off the toilet seat, no Kleenex in the room, no garbage bags in the garbage cans, no plastic bag liner for the ice bucket, and on it goes. I wouldn't spend a dime staying at this hotel!

This hotel has polluted swimming pool- cigarets and leaves were present. Neighborhood had hookers present. Very very bad location. Bed sheets were not washed i could see stains. Do not ever go there. Desk assistants were unfriendly and kind of there just because they had to be there. Do not do not ever go unless you want to live really really cheap and want to save. Please do not go with your family , please...

Very good hotel. Excellent 24 hours desk attendent.I stayed there with a family of four and a kid. Nearby locations disneyland- 15 mins, san diego 1 hrs 30 mins, LA 30mins away. Safe location and best of all nearby hospital and restaurant-deeny's open 24 hrs.Just got a little noisy due to the highway nearby but still good deal for the money.

Was a bit out of the way for seeing the city. Room was not in good condition, no liners in trash cans, but staff was nice.

Typical, basic, lower end Las Vegas Hotel. Nothing special, nothing scummy.

no drinking cups in room after room was cleaned they did not leave us clean towels.

Can you hire a new, friendly front desk clerk.The "manager" was EXTREMELY RUDE to EVERY guest we witnessed checking in over a three day period.

if your looking for fancyness go to the mgm but if you want a place to sleep for a cheap price and some so what nice rooms stay here only one thing the TVz in the rooms suck

that was a disaster period

There is a rent by weekly/monthly motel as part of this motel. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but there were an awful lot of shady characters hanging around in the parking lots and it gives one a little bit of an uneasy feeling, especially if you have a wife and kids. The rooms are nice enough for the price. It is close to the strip. But, when I go back to Vegas I will probably look for somewhere else to stay.

I really liked

I hated this hotel because: No shower curtain. Limited room selection. Stagnant smell in the room. No phone jack. Sticky floor.

it was below average

The only thing good about this hotel is its proximity to the strip. Everything else about it is negative. Finding the place is a trick because the address listed for the hotel sends you down the wrong street. The clerk wouldnt get off the phone on what seemed like a personal call to check in waiting customers. The room was falling apart with old furniture, sheets and pillow covers that could use a good wash, bathroom that is from the 60's and TV with no remote. If you are the kind that can sleep anywhere - this place works for you, but if need a clean/safe place and plan to bring family or spouse - stay away.

For one i didn't expect to walk into a room for the first time at Vegas checking in on a hot day and going to my room to have the room not air conditioned it was unbearable. Most places I've been in have had the air on so when you walk in it'll be cool. Next thing was i didn't expect to walk so for to get ice and snacks since the nearest vending machine and ice machine didn't work. And last but not least i was disappointed in the room keys, i booked a 3 night stay and the last 2 nights in a row my keys didn't work i had to each morning come back from hanging out tired wanting to go to my room and have the keys not work,so i had to go to the front desk, which i mind you is not a short walk depending on the room, and get replacements

bad area of town. Seemed like a cover up for other things. No towels no hangers no soap. Did not have an iron and many of the things stated on the web. You paid for cont. breakfast if there was someone there. Noise form loud radios in cars passing throw the parking lot all night. Questionable people walking in and around the parking lot at night. Not good. Rate you can get a better hotel for the price.

room flors not clean

We stay at this hotel because it's close to the university and, as much as I hate to say it, it's in our price range. If you can afford to stay somewhere else (and you have a car, which we do not,) I wouldn't really recommend it. The neighborhood is a little dangerous and the walls are very thin, we've had problems with the billing before (and with getting locked out of our room because the key spontaneously stopped working,) and the staff seems vaguely hostile. If you're like us and you're just happy to have a bed to sleep in and a place to take a shower, then go ahead and stay here. Just don't expect any frills.

This hotel was very dirty- sticky floors- unclean carpet with caked in dirt. shower was just as dirty. This hotel felt staying in a apartment in a run down part of town. I could not sleep for fear of bugs or break-ins.

The smoking rooms were terrible, dirty and smelly. The Non-smoking rooms were O.K., but needed a little more cleaning.

Walls were spattered with a mysterious brown substance, and only one of the three lights in the room actually worked (one had a burned out bulb, and the other didn't have a bulb at all). Also, the toilet paper roll holder was ripped out of the wall, but instead of leaving a roll on the toilet or something, they thought it would be a great idea to leave none at all. I'me just glad I scoped it out before I found out while sitting there... Oh yeah, then the gal behind the desk put us on hold for over 8 minutes before we hung up when we had called to get directions... Apparently they thought it was a good idea to only have one person checking in the entire hotel that evening.

For the money, it was okay. But I got a little sun and the scratchy towels were not a pleasure to use. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous. For my needs, the location was almost perfect.

I needed to find a "cheap" hotel in Vegas with less than 2 weeks notice, and Knights Inn was the cheapest I found. For the rate, I definitely got what I paid for...if you're not planning on spending much time in your room...Knights Inn is just fine. The room was clean, there was hot water, and it wasn't too noisy. It's pretty much the bare essentials, no extras. A few minor things needed repair (knob on sink), but there were no "bullet holes" in the walls, crazy people in the parking lot, or anything too questionable. (Most of the other reviews were rather over exaggerated.) Just use the lock...after all, it is Vegas, it's a big city.

The hotel was in fair condition. It's open to locals who "live" there and they aren't the classiest of people. The lighting in bathroom wasn't more than a 25 watt bulb. There wasn't even a tissue box. We had to ask for the TV remote and then wait another 1/2 hr. until they brought it to our room. The only good thing was the price, but that's it. I wouldn't recommend it.

A place to sleep but nothing else.

There were no towels in the room so we had to call housekeeping to bring them. The phone in the room kept making noise so I had to unplug it. Its location is in the ghetto so you hear noise all night and don't get much sleep. I asked for a room on the first level and they put us upstairs. I guess you get what you pay for.
