I asked for 2 beds in the booking ( twin beds) and when i arrived, they proposed me a double bed and a sofa bed. I dont think it satisfies my expectations because the sofa bed is not comfortable at all.Furthermore, i specified 2 beds in the reservation.

The majority of the staff ironically does not speak English. Staff tried but were not successful in booking tours. Provided misinformation. Did not credit me for their errors.

The room came with not only a fridge, but a mircowave, tea kettle, ironing board, and everything you could possibly need for your stay. The staff was friendly and even let us keep our luggage at the hotel until we left for the airport on our last day. The rooms are immaculate and the neighbourhood is quite beautiful, only steps away from both Russell Sq. and The British Musuem. I'd definitely stay here again.
