For the price paid this hotel is totally worth the money. Free breakfast and no resort fees! Location right on fremont. Hotel staff were very nice compared to some higher priced hotels. Front desk was friendly at check in. Valet guys were nice. Breakfast was awesome. Room was a little dated and tired but for the rate paid it was clean, quiet and safe.

The room was a steal at the price, and it was right on the strip. Only complaints /i had were poor lobby lay-out (had to ask where the check in desk was) and poor room and elevator maintenance, the elevators shook so bad i thought we could plunge to the bottom at any moment.

We(g/f and I) go to Vegas every year and try a different hotel...I think I've found the one I want to stay at for good. When checking in I asked to stay at Tower 1, the closes to the strip/ MGM and after waiting an hour we got it. I stayed on the Upper PentHouse Floor, I think the 38 floor...What a view!!!! Also what a room!, the bathroom was spacious […] and the money we saved having a fridge in the room The bed was ok but the room itself was fabulous. Again if you want to get to the strip coming out of the Signature isnt the problem, its navigating through the MGM that takes you 5 mins to get to the strip. Also The Signature is a guarded hotel and you wont be able to get in from the street unless you have a key card. There isnt that many restaurants either but that's what the MGM and the rest of the strip for... The bad thing, the resort fee when I checked in was $22.40 now its a full $25 so expect to pay and extra $100 if you stay a length of time...Other than that I loved the place and will stay here again Read more

The Signature is really a jewel in midst of all Las Vegas hotel. We have visited some, and especially the older ones are quite shabby. We were happy to be in a new and very nice hotel, everything was clean and the staff is very helpful an nice. The contra is that it is an annex to the MGM. To get there on foot you have to pass through the MGM casino. […] We had breakfast at the MGM buffet: In the beginning it looks really great, but the food is of poor quality, so we ate almost nothing (18$/Person). The second day we ate at Starbucks (Tower 1). "Great hotel, great room"
I suprised my husband by booking this room because he has to have the best rooms. He really liked it. He was suprise to see the romm setup. He loved the tv in the restroom and the jacuzzie, especially after all the walking we did, it was nice to relax in it. The guest desk staff was very helpful. We will come back

"NOT WHAT IT ONCE WAS!"
The Signature was once fantastic. Now it is just ok. It is showing signs of wear, bell staff is rude; in short, not near as nice as it once was.

We stayed there from mid to end of January over the course of 12 days, on and off. The hotel is in a great condition, however, the services vary depending on who we see that day, sometimes we get someone who's very helpful, sometimes we don't. The same thing happen with the cleanliness of the room, on some floors they clean the room until it's spotless, […] however, on some floors they don't even come to clean our room even when we've already pressed the housekeeping button by the door. The location is great and it's practically on the strip as there is an indoor walkway to the MGM Grand. Facilities wise, well, as I mentioned in the beginning, the services vary, so we weren't explained what facilities they have and their whereabouts, so we sort of picked it up over the stay as we were in and out 4 times. I would still recommend the hotel especially for families with young children as I found it to be a healthy environment, even in Vegas as they have no smoking and no gambling policy, so there weren't any disturbances at all during our stay. "The Signature at MGM Grand"
3 of us stayed in the One bedroom balcony suite. The rooms were large and the 2 bathrooms were both of a very high standard. Staff and cleaning was fabulous the only problem I had with this hotel is that it takes about 15 minutes to get from the rooms to the strip through the MGM grand. Would be happy to stay here again though!

I love this hotel really nice clean, only one thing I wanted a later check out and they wouldnt give it to me I was willing to pay and they still didn't want to give me a later check out very disappointed.

This was the perfect for us. We usually cannot stand the stench of smoke in the rooms or the casinos. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and we love it. Best bang for your buck at Signature. We considered staying at Bellagio but decided to save $600 and stay at Signature. Friends came to see us at Signature and said that our room was much larger, nicer and had balcony compared to their room at Bellagio. Signature was absolutely the best value. "Just a great hotel"
Aside from our room smelling like someone had smoked in it recently upon arrival, everything was great. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was amazing, and the view...... Breathtaking. My advice, get a room with a high floor and balcony.

I've stayed at hotels, condos, timeshares. The room itself was first class. Acutally was high quality construction. Hotel was good to excellent Had a problem with the valet parking, it took almost 40 minutes to find the car one time as it had been moved to an overflow lot and not logged in. In all it was a great find. I will stay there again.

"Family Oriented"
It's GREAT for families. Very Quiet! Did not realize it was Non-Gaming!!! It was nice that when we went home, my clothes didn't smell like smoke!!! I would recomend it for families.

Great place to stay!! Great attentants, world class service, friendly, quiet and very clean.
The MGM Signature was awesome! The room was perfect and we loved having a full kitchen. Saved so much on food costs (no $25 breakfasts!). My only complaint was that were in tower 3 which was the farthest from the main casino/dining. I will request tower 1 on our next stay.

great hotel, starbucks on site. kitchenette handy. walk through miracle mile easier than mgm. jacuzzi and pool great. located in good position. room was lovely with everything we wanted - nice decor. bathroom had a separate shower and great shampoo etc. jacuzzi bath was nice.

Had a great time in the hotel at an outstanding price. The facility was great, in a Vegas known for smoke and run down facilities trying to cut corners this was the exception. Rooms were really nice. The valet service was a little off, in that you couldn't call to have your vehicle brought up. The wait was too long and there was too much parking area […] by the front door for an option like that to be ignored. "Surpassed all expectations"
This was my first trip to Las Vegas and my first visit to Signature at MGM and it won't be my last. I did not have one bad experience at this hotel. Check in was a breeze. My bags arrived at my room within minutes of my arrival to room. The bellhop who brought up my bags was courteous and provided us with useful information. Like pointing out the knives […] in one of the drawers, our 20 month old daughter was with us. Valet took no more that 5 minutes to bring our car to us. The room was spectacular, especially the Jacuzzi soaking tub. I didn't want to leave. Checkout was a breeze. I definitely will be returning to the signature. It was well worth the price. Read more

Great service... Great room... However a little off the strip but there is a moving walkway that connects to the main MGM casino and pool... Def not a party hotel as the walls are really thin to blast music! Great for a family vacation!
