Very nice Hotel, it is very close to the Entrance and the Cabriolet that takes you up to the Main Gondola in town, everything is walking distance. The Gym is very limited, the exterior Hot Tub was the highlight loved to stay for a long time, Breakfast is very good and included most things you would like to have. The Front Desk staff is very helpful and would use them for reccomendations, and especially if you need transportation they are very good at getting it for you or guiding you to get it. Felt wonderful to be minutes walk from the tremblant village and ski hill, the hotel was clean and cozy. There was an annoyingly load fan heating the room that kept us up all night and we would have liked more hot choices for breakfast. Other than that I would highly recommend it!

It was a very enjoyable night-away for us ( 4 girlfriends) on the last weekend of Rhythms Tremblant. The sofa bed was not that comfortable but everything else was wonderful. Staff was friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast buffet had everything to make it both delicious & nutritious. The hotel was difficult to find because the address listed on my hotel confirmation was completely different. The garage was extremely tight to enter, exit and park. The concierge was not particularly helpful and this was our first visit so we were looking for guidance. The room was clean are attractive however there was no storage whatsoever, no drawers […] or cupboards, just 1 closet and we were a party of 4 with alot of cold weather gear. The linens were high quality but the bed was average and we had reserved a king + sofa bed and got a queen + sofa bed so that was a disappointment. Location of Hotel was perfect. Hotel itself was clean, front desk personel were all very friendly and helpful. We had a 1 bedroom suite....for 3 night stay....a bit small for 4 people. Kitchenette was great...very well stocked so we could cook our meals there. Our problem was with the pull-out sofa. It was terrible. the mattress was so thin..and it […] sagged in the middle. We called the front desk about it, they would upgrade us to another 1 bedroom suite,for an exra cost. The suite was bigger, but it had 2 double beds in one room...wouldn't work for us. All they had left was a 3 bedroom suite...too expensive for us!!! So we asked for a new mattress...no luck. We then asked for an extra blanket and pillows, and we had to put them under the mattress and in the middle to stop the sagging. Not that comfortable!!! The room was not cleaned properly during our whole stay...she only wiped down the bathroom and left clean towels and emptied the garbage...she did not re-make the beds at all. L'ermitage du Lac was recommended to us as a quiet hotel in Mont Tremblant and it lived up to expectations. We could see that other hotels had rowdy groups of young skiiers and were happy that our hotel was quiet at night. The hotel is nicely appointed and has convenient parking underground. It is a fair hike to the ski slopes, but is close to the ski […] lift that takes you to the base of the hill. The hotel provides a free ski valet service so that your skis are stored at the base of the hill. The only downside to the hotel is that the suites are looking a little tired. There was a rip in the carpet and a crack in the wall. There was also a complete lack of storage space in the room - no drawers to put your clothes away, so you had to live out of your suitcase. There is a real shortage of places to store clothes, a wardrobe with 6 hangers and a couple of drawers. This is the only hotel so far on our tour which hasn't had free wifi, $12 a day is outrageous. There is free outdoor parking close by. I wanted a safety deposit box but there weren't any available, I was offered one in a nearby hotel but its not practical […] to go to another hotel just to get something from the safe. Breakfast was OK but on the second morning it was so busy and there wasn't room to sit down so we took the food back to our room. Tremblant itself was disappointing. This was our second stay. After three years the hotel met and exceeded our expectations from our last visit. We had our grown children and young grandchildren along and all enjoyed the stay as well. They particularly loved the breakfast. Would go again no question!

Brought the family (2 kids : 6 & 3) for a 3 day 2 night stay at the last minute. Booked a 1 bedroom suite via expedia.ca at the last minute (i.e. the day before). Tremblant reservation system said there was no vacancy while expedia showed 3 available suites. Parking is extra but worth it as unloading in the garage to hotel room is efficient with aid […] of elevators and supplied luggage trolleys.The suite was quite comfortable with nothing missing if you decide to make meals for the kids. A little dusty but overall clean with air conditioning. Complimentary breakfast was more than enough for all of us. However, coffee machines were often out of service. Location location location! It was a little tricky finding the hotel but was well worth the 2 seconds it took to stop and ask for directions. The room was perfect for us. It was big enough fir our family and clean. The bathroom was large and in good working order. We were very satisfied with our stay at Ermitage. Great location near village, Cabriolet, and lakes. Breakfast that is included in the morning exceeded our expectations. Room was clean, pull-out couch bed was not comfortable at all (somehow our little ones secured the Queen bed each night!!) Next time we will opt for two Queen beds for sure. Parking garage has a height allowance of 7'8" (I believe) and is more than enough room for a full-size pick-up (which is what we had). We were on a ground floor room and I worried that it might get loud at night, but it turned out to be extremely quiet. Pool was on the small side, but was fine for us. The rooms were large however showing a bit of wear and tear and our room was at the front of the hotel facing a road that had a lot of truck and bus traffic which meant a lot of backup beeping. The continental breakfast was disappointing including the area where served especially on the Sat morning.
