Amazing views of the caldera away from the crowds! The rooms are great and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner menu is very limited so me make sure to eat outside. That's the only reason for not giving 5 stars

Lilium Villas was amazing! From the front desk to the waiters everyone was really great. The restaurant has really yummy food. Pricey, but good. The view from the balcony was magnificent. Maria and her staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and service-oriented. Useful to note the hotel is not near the main tourist-oriented town, but only a 20 minute walk from the much more charming Pyrgos. Warning for visitors in the Spring - the swimming pool is lovely but not heated. The views are as advertised, and the breakfasts fresh and lovely.

Lilium Villas had everything we hoped for and more. The rooms were simple but comfortable and from the private terrace you had the most amazing view that you could possibly wish for. The rooms are well laid out over the hillside but there was a wonderful feeling of space which you didn't get in the hotels in Fira, which all seemed to be piled on top […] of each other. The fact that it was just outside of town was not a problem as there was a regular shuttle service to Fira and the local buses to other towns were very good. The pool was great with plenty of loungers and it always had a very peaceful feel. Santorini has lots of hills and steps so is not ideal for children or anyone that has trouble getting around but it is wonderfully romantic for couples. The hotel often caters for weddings and you would not find a better setting. But the thing that made the holiday really special were the staff. Maria and Anca in reception were charming and helpful. Demetrius, Anna & Teresa in the restaurant made us feel so welcome and we will miss them until we return. Loucas, Fannis and Christina looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. When we left we felt that we were leaving friends and that made the holiday particularly special. I would recommend Lilium Villas to anyone that wanted a peaceful holiday in beautiful surroundings. But getting to know the people will make it even more memorable. Read more

My family and I were very impressed by the hotel, the service and the staff. My only complaint happened on the last day as I was checking out. The desk clerk (not the usual person with excellent English), told me, "You owe me money. You must pay before you go." Actually it was the hotel that was owed money, but his English was limited. I gave him my […] credit card. He tried it once, and then said to me "You're card is no good. You owe me money." First, I had paid for the room in advance with that card. Then I rented a car for part of the stay (through the hotel) and again had paid with the same card. A quick check of the hotel's records would have shown I was not some deadbeat trying to skip out on a couple of hundred euros worth of food and drinks.Our shuttle to the airport was waiting for us. The desk clerk insisted that we go to the nearest ATM. I obliged.. The ATMs were out of service, as were all banking servives that morning. We returned to the desk, and using the shuttle driver as an interpeter, I told the desk clerk to make a photocopy of my credit card, I would sign for the payment, and they could try again later. That was not acceptable and he wanted me to go back to the ATM, which was not working. I told him I wanted to speak to the Manager. The clerk told me that the Manager would be in at 9:30 a.m. (our flight was at 8:55 a.m.). I told him we were leaving. He said not without paying. I asked him if the hotel would pay for our flights if we missed them? He didn't know and said that I would have to ask the Manager, who would be in after our flight would have left. I asked him to call the regular desk clerk. He did and a loud conversation ensued. The regular desk clerk then spoke to me over the phone, saying "we will make a copy of your credit card and bill you later," which was the same solution I had proposed 30 minutes before. The acting desk clerk was very resistant to this proposal, and it took another 10 minutes before he reluctantly copied my card. He Read more

The best thing about the hotel is the stunning view of the caldera and the Aegean sea especially at sunset. The furniture by the pool and in the breakfast room is also quite modern and, whilst the room furniture is slightly dated, the views more than make up for it. The rooms have high ceilings which was a nice touch, and are quite spacious with a kitchenette […] and en suite bathroom. There was a daybed too in our room and it could have accommodated 3 people. It is a bit farther from Fira (about 30 min walk) but you can get there by the free shuttle or by paying Euro 4 per trip. Overall, a fantastic place and well recommended for the price. 場所ですが、フィラ中心から少し離れています。ホテルの無料シャトルバスは、一日５回。ホテル→フィラのポストオフィス前　１０時、１２時半、４時半、６時半、１０時すぎで、毎日時間は変わるそうです。 部屋は、写真より古く、タオルに穴があいていたり、冷蔵庫の取っ手が壊れていたり、お風呂の手すりが片方壊れてぶら下がっていたり、かなりメンテナンスの必要を感じました。朝食は、シンプルでした。味はまあまあでしたが、ビュッフェの所に、コバエが沢山飛んでいたりして、不衛生に感じました。このホテルの滞在でよかったのは、景色とプールサイドの雰囲気、スタッフの対応です。 １階のスタジオルームにキッチンはありますが、コーヒーメーカーはついていません。バスローブもありません。スリッパは言ったら、出してくれました。

Mooi charmehotel op een schitterende ligging met adembenemend uitzicht op de Caldera ! Uitstekende, vriendelijke en behulpzame service, in het bijzonder de receptie. Rustige sfeer ( nu en dan wat 'verstoord' door luidruchtige Amerikanen en Britten). Mooie kamer met uitzicht op zee.
