Residence Vacantel Le Domaine des Avens is a Self- catering complex of terraced holiday homes located 2.5 kilometres from the beach and five kilometres from the village of Moelan sur Mer. The residence's holiday homes all feature furnished private gardens and include televisions, kitchenettes equipped with ovens, electric rings and coffee makers, and ensuite bathrooms.
Guests can enjoy a game of tennis and swim in the seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Staff at the front desk can advise guests on the local area and complimentary parking is available for guests arriving by car. Guests can enjoy a number of recreational activities in the surrounding area including scuba diving, mountain biking and horse riding. Guests can visit the archipelago of the Glenan Islands which are 30 kilometres from the hotel and the medieval town of Quimper with its cathedral and half-timbered houses is 41 kilometres away. Lorient/Lann- Bihoué Airport is 30 kilometres away with an approximate driving time of 30 minutes.

Between 25th August and the 23rd June, guests will be charged weekly for their water and electricity use.
