The three bedroom condo was perfect for our family of five. While we didn't pay extra for the daily maid service, Floridays charges a daily "resort fee" which is supposed to cover the in-room amenities such as bath soap, shampoo, laundry soap, towels, and wash cloths. Practically on a daily basis we had to call the front desk to request wash cloths, towels, or soaps because housekeeping hadn't stocked these in our condo.

We love the fact that you can cook your own meals and relax in a living room and eat around a dining room table. If you have a family with kids then this is the place for you....just don't overbook the place...we plan on goin back multiple times.

The Hotel was in a great area of Orlando conveniently located next to an amazing outlet and grofcery shopping, however the service and the room were just not worth the price we paid. Our room was not ready when we checked in because housekeeping was still cleaning it, there is no wifi in the room, even though i called the hotel before booking with them to ask and they specifically told me yes there is wifi in the room. when we got there, no internet, i called and a very unpleasant man answered and said no it is only hi-speed internet and you have to have the cable. i asked for a cable and he said he will put me on "a list" for one. i went down to the lobby and had to demand a cable and the lady immediately gave it to me, so what is this "list" they are talking about. The dish washer didnt work, the faucet wasn't working, only one of the burners of the stove was working, and the utensils and pots were old and rusty. We did not enjoy our stay. We go to Orlando frequently and we have stayed at numerous resorts, and frankly this was not worth the price we paid for and we will not go back again.

They totally screwed up the last day of our vacation. We booked an extra day 1 week prior to our arrival. Hotels.com called the Hotel on my behalf to insure that we would be able to stay in the same room. At check-in I was assured that everything was fine and we could stay in the same room for our extra day however when that day came we were told that we had to move because the OWNER of that room had booked it for the weekend. We spent almost 2 hours moving our family of 6 to another room.

This is a wonderful hotel and we will definitely return next year. We are a family of three so a two-bedroom suite was more than enough room. We stayed in the "A" building which was close to everything, the pool, the hotel store which you could also get a bite to eat. It was a bit pricey though but nice knowing it was there if you didn't feel like leaving. There was also a game/arcade room which my daughter and husband enjoyed. This hotel had everything that we actually skipped a day at Disney just to stay in and relax. The only thing we would have done differently is rent a car. You feel a bit limited when using shuttles. It worked ok but would have loved the freedom of having one.

Had a 10 day stay there, as I had got a deal and hence as expected was given a room furthest away from the pool, though glad it was on the top floor and away from the lifts. Good bits Lots of parking though at a cost per day Nice spacious rooms Jacuzzi in the main bedroom bathroom Balcony Usual dishwasher, massive fridge/freezer with ice maker, washing machine and dryer. Location on Int drv South very close to Premier Outlets and fuel station. Wired internet (though not very fast) TV in each room Fast response call to any issues in the room Not so good/could be better Slow free internet Table took a lot of room space Cheap doors and furniture Security warning (though good) puts you off the place Did not honour the free extra room upgrade that was promised at time of booking, they did call to warn me that all was booked up, but a promise is a promise and they should have accommodated me as I did not want to stay anywhere else. Lift area could have done with regular cleaning Reception staff could have been more accommodating and willing to help Not very well sign posted, easy to miss the entrance as I did on more than one occasion All in all enjoyed the stay, nice place but personally would not stay there again, remember this is a good 20min drive away from the main area of International Drive.

The hotel was in good condition. The room we had was a two bedroom, the master bedroom was great, with a full bath and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom had two full size beds, however, the beds were very close to each other and one side of each bed was almost to the wall. You did not have much room to walk around in the room. We had a washer and dryer in our room, however the washer was not working. We mentioned it to the hotel front desk when we left and they did tell us that we should have called them and they would have let us use a washer and dryer in a different room that was unoccupied. Next time we will if it should happen again.
