More than I expected! Everything was great exept for one of the cleaning ladys who wasn't. But all other cleaning ladys and the rest of the staff were more than pleasing.. I was there for chrismas vacations at disney and all I can say is that I'm staying there next year, it is awsome for families.

Great hotel for the family! Loved having in suite laundry. Arrived at 11pm as they were closing food service, but thy kept the store open late so we could grab some snacks. Pizza was awesome. Only criticism: food, coffee, and general store are all one place with one line, so don't be in a hurry when you go there.

My room is in building E, which is too far from hotel lobby and bus station. The shuttle schedule to resorts are not very good. Close to outlets and super market.

The hotel was excellent! Great staff and service! The location is great if you are planning to go to Universal but to Disney World it takes about 25 to 30 minutes and the shuttle was late twice during our stay and a taxi fare from the hotel to Disney is between $40-$50 otherwise the hotel was great and pool was heated!! :)

Overall, great place to stay. The DVD player did not work. It kept skipping and pausing. Trust me, it was not the DVD disc because it worked fine watching in my laptop. Other than that our stay was great. They need to make the entrance to the resort better. The sign for the resort is posted 50 yards past the entrance. Very hard to find at night.

Excellent location close to attractions and restaurants without getting into major traffic jams. Room has plenty of space and amenities. Only negative was network was too slow to use in the evening possibly overloaded and also TV was analog and no HD, no golf channel. But overall we were satisfied with large room, good location and good service.

the stay and the hotel was great but at the end my Laocost shoes were left behind and somebody from house keeper took it and we did not get it back. i called hotel's housekeeper manager (Mr. Ryan) twice without returned call. we stopped by the hotel agian on our way back from Miami and some supervisor at the front desk told us that whenever they clean […] rooms, supervisor has to be with them, really??? how may supervisor they have to do this size of the hotel. it was very disapointing at the end. This hotel is very good for family holidays in Orlando. I like main bed room which is pretty comportable. It is also quite convenient to cook in kitchen. The hotel provide the easy transportations at different times every day to Disney world and others well-known theme parks in Orlando. In breif, here is a pretty good hotel for family.

From start to finish, it was perfect. Room has just been refurbished. Staff was helpful whenever asked for. Very good location very close to Seaworld and 10mns away from Disney downtown. Will definitively come back if we go back to Orlando.

Loved the spacious room and the layout. It was great having the bedrooms separated by the bathrooms for extra noise control. The pool and fitness area were great. The game room does need to be updated for the children though. Overall a great place for a family and would stay again.

Best deal on a hotel stay ever, way more comfortable than staying in the park. Other than some minor oversight in details (doorknob pulled off the master bath, trash not taken out under the sink) this place was perfect. Nice bar and pool area; as well as a friendly staff.

Great time, very clean pool and room and hotel in general. We stayed in Building A and it was a slight walk to the pool and Welcome Center and Marketplace. Great location overall on International Drive. Publix, Walgreens, 7 Eleven and Outlet Mall within 1/2 mile. Would definitely stay again. Benihana and Delmonico's were awesome!

The folks at Floridays do a good job of keeping up the property. We've stayed on at least a dozen occasions over the past 6 years. The property is close to both Orlando attractions and family members residing in Orlando. The furniture and carpeting in the room we just stayed in was recently replaced. Looked great.

Excellent location, pretty hotel. Units are big, as a solo traveler I was given a lot of space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area, dining area and kitchen area. Decorations of the units were good. There were all the electrical appliances you might need and lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. My unit was overlooking a pond, so are all other units […] in every building. There is ample parking space too. Stuff in general was very polite, very helpful. Swimming pool is huge too. This is a great hotel to stay, particularly for the families as everything designed families with kids in mind. There is also good free internet throughout the resort. We were very comfortable in our condo/suite, 2 bedroom, 2 full baths. The four of us can fit in a regular size hotel room, but it's so much more comfortable in a condo set up. Read the reviews before booking and they were good. Was a different experience though. Firstly we were placed in the very back building and every time we had to go out we had to drive through numerous parking lots to get out of the hotel property. Secondly and most importantly when we would have the hotel room attendant come daily she would spend no […] less than 10 minutes in the room, only making up the beds. Never vacuumed the room once in the the week that we stayed. When we go with the family to Disneyland we stay at a comparable hotel and the room there is made up as if we were new guests every day.
