clean and comfortable. parking available. good facilities. noisy gate though which everyone lets slam. Awkward having to go through main room to get to bathroom, especially for those using the sofa bed. Just a note that it should be made clear on booking that 1 bedroom apartments are not situated in Fitzroy street as we thought.

Very run down no lift stairs only room was in poor condition and Saturday night too close to enter meant venues noisy and bathroom was tiny would never stay there again not at all up to speed......we stayed in Fitzroy Street establishment.....

hotel was very comfortable. good cooking facilities.The only down side was the outside lights were on all night which caused the bedroom to be to light .apart from that everything was very good.

The initial check in process was misleading and confusing, not to mention the staff were rude and very unhelpful. Furthermore, when we finally made our own way tot he residence, the security on the front door was not functioning and left the room completely unlocked and open. This was not discovered initially and resulted in some property being stolen […] from the room. When this was discovered and reported to management they were unable to fix the problem and simply moved us to another residence. The travel to this residence was done at our own cost. When I reported the theft due to the lack of security I was again poorly received and no blame was taken by Easy stay. I am still awaiting feedback from them about covering my losses. The police were notified. Very disappointing and will not stay at another Easystay facility again. Read more

チェックインカウンターとホテルの位置が遠すぎる為、タクシーを往復使う事なり、折角滞在費を浮かせるための安宿が結果そんなに安くなかったのが残念でした。ホテルの立地条件も、夜は少し危険な場所なので、女性だけの旅にはお勧めできません。安い事しかメリットがありませんでした。
