I have stayed at this hotel several times, and have always found it to be clean, comfortable, and a good place to "come home to" after working at our Knoxville site. This trip was, honestly, the worst experience I've ever had at this hotel. The first room I stayed in had a light bulb that was burned out. The air conditioner in the second room was not working when I arrived, but the staff had it up and running in about 5 minutes....oh, and the tub in my room creaked loudly. All very minor things. All in all, this is a good hotel in a good area, and I always try to stay here when I visit this part of the state.

The room was in excellent condition and comfortable. received wake up call as requested. check out was pleasant even though staff was doing double duty with continental breakfast. My hats off to your staff.

"Friendly and homey"
We were greated by very professional and friendly receptionist. The room was neet and plenty of room. They provided us with nice continental breakfast and we left with very good feelings about the stay there. We appreciate the helpful dest help as well as ones cleaning the rooms. "Caryville Motel 8"
My brother and I came down to Knoxville for a UT game and decided we did not want to deal with the Knoxville congestion so we stayed at the Motel 8 in Caryville. For the price this is the BEST deal I could imagine. This will be where I will stay from now on for our trips down. When we got there, there was paper on the floor, cigerette butts behind the bed, the smell was that of a stale and closed up room. they knew we were coming and they had not sprayed air freshener in it that day. the stations on the tv was not working half the time, it was brought to their attention but nothing ever got done. We will not be staying there […] anymore, and possibly any super 8 or motel 8 (which ever it is called). we were very dissatisfied with that hotel. no wonder they were vacant in most of the rooms. Room was nice and clean, A/C did not work well. Staff was awesome!
itwas fine. nothing fancy but nothing real negative either. my wife enjoyed the pool. the continental breakfast ws ok too. for a low end cost motel it was good.
The hotel's WIFi did not work at all. The pool was not filled.

"NASTY NASTY NASTY"
ROOM SMELLED LIKE BUG SPRAY, THE FURNITURE WAS STAINED WITH ONLY GOD KNOWS WHAT. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE NEIGHBORHOOD. CRACKHEADS KEPT US UP ALL NIGHT. FRIENDLY STAFF IS THE ONLY THING GOING FOR THIS DUMP. WOULDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT BREAKFAST.
