Super 8's are independently owned, so make sure you get one that has been updated with the new perfect sleeper beds!!! I did not expect a down comforter and awesome pillows in a Super 8. Boy was I pleased when I walked into my room!

Brand new bed with down comforter and lots of quality pillows. Very clean room and no smoke smell ANYWHERE (even though the 3rd fl. is smoking). Breakfast was great and there was security watching my car in the lot. Seriously, what else could I ask for? The PRICE CANNOT BE BEAT. I hope the other Super 8 hotels are of this quality because I travel 4x's per week and will book the whole year if they are all of this quality. The front desk went beyond normal customer service!!

I have stayed in Super 8 motels for many years. This was the worst, ever! I paid in advance, non-refundable, for two non-smoking rooms and specified allergies. We got a late start because my truck got stuck in the mud, the weather was bad so we had to drive slower than planned, so we arrived very late. The front desk clerk had taken it upon herself to cancel our reservations because we didn't show up when she thought we should have. Fortunately she didn't sell our rooms to someone else. She too 20 minutes to rebook us and lost much of the data. The next day our room key cards didn't work, and twice a day thereafter we had to get the cards reprogrammed. Each time it was a different desk clerk and each time the clerk did NOT ask for ID. we are 3 women and this is a safety issue! There was only one towel in each room and no drinking cups. The second evening, there was strong smoke smell in one of the rooms. In one room, the TV took about 10 minutes to "warm up" before it gave a came on with a clear picture. Each day I returned to my room, the bed had been made but the floor was still litered with the original dirt that was there when I checked in. I will never stay in this motel again. It needs a major overhaul, even the elevator was broken on one evening.

We stayed in this hotel to have a place to sleep and a HOT shower in the morning. We woke up to no hot water at 8 am and byy check out time at 11 still not hot water. We were not given an extended check out time or any kind of refund. We took cold showers and we were only told "sorry". There was no other attempt to make up for this inconvenience.

The Super 8 in Georgetown was fantastic. We stayed there for 2 weeks during Pony Finals. It is really a hotel, not a motel, with all interior doors. Rooms are very nice, good size, clean and well furnished. We had a big fridge and microwave which came in handy. The hotel staff is TERRIFIC! They can not do enough to make your stay enjoyable!! When my car battery died, they drove us to the horse park, took me shopping for a new battery and they installed it for me!! Awesome people! The hotel is very convenient to the Horse Park. It is pet friendly! And it was the cheapest of any hotel/motel I priced!! I DEFINITELY recommend the Super 8!!

It was easy to get to the Kentucky Horse Park from here, but our sheets and towels were not clean. Breakfast and internet were great.

We loved the king sized bed.

Rooms were nice, but bathroom's small and dim. Biggest complaint was that side door to hotel was not operational. This is a fire hazard and should not have been allowed to remain in this condition the entire weekend.

We loved staying in this hotel! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff! Wonderful breakfast with LOTS to chose from! We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Kentucky!

We were very surprised by the condition of our room it was very clean, comfortable and was convenient with a refridgerator, microwave and coffee maker. Our past experiences with some of this chains accomodations were not very impressive. Breakfast was an added bonus as we needed to get back on the road again quickly the next morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in that direction.

The only thing I didn't like was the drains in the sink and shower were really slow and so they would fill up with water! But other then that GREAT HOTEL, great breakfast selection, clean rooms, COMFORTABLE beds and bedding! Definitely will stay there again!

Nice room. Bed looked very inviting. Toilet area a bit small. Breakfast was great!

The first thing we noticed when entering the hotel lobby was that it was warm. The clerk at the front desk proceeded to tell us that the air conditioner in the halls did not work, but the air in the rooms did work. Our air in the room worked, but I don't feel it worked to the extent a typical room does. Upon entering the room. We needed to use the hairdryer. It did not work. Using the bathroom, we found that the toilet seat was near falling off the commode. When we return to Ky again for our next stay with family, we will not be staying at the Super 8 motel.

I wanted to share with everyone what a nice stay we had at this hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable. The free continental breakfast (biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagles, juices and more) was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have been more comfortable or treated nicer if we would've stayed a one of the higher priced fancy hotels. The only down fall was that the directions we got off of one of the internet direction servers were incorrect. I would definitely suggest calling the hotel to reconfirm where you are going. They were more than happy to guide us in! Overall it was an absolutely lovely weekend!!!

the hotel was a great room for the price we had a jacuzzi plenty of room with a fridge the staff where friendly new beds great comfort
