The pool and hot tub are a refreshing fun spot, the kids had loads of fun on the slide. Service was prompt and courtious then we requested towels. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. The table was placed in front of the window which made access to the heating and cooling system difficult. But overall we had a lovely stay at the Days Inn

We had booked a smoking room, not sure what we were going to get. Totally surprised. The room was very spacious, clean, huge flat screen and it did not smell of smoke. I will be staying there again. There was no outside traffic noise, which was fantastic.

The first walk in the room your impressed but as you start to see.. The cable sucks cant rent a movie, the bed is uncomfertable and the pillows suck, we could not get the wifi to work there for didnt have internet the coffee cream curdeled in the coffee and the toliet got cloged and there was no plunger in the room.. i would not recomend staying here. […] so for $200 i would stay somewhere eles. This is a nice hotel. The staff could have been a bit more accomodating though. They weren't very friendly. The water in the pool and hot tub was cold but they notified everyone of this. Pool and hot tub was very small. Went to have shower our last morning there and there was no hot water. Breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The staff at reception were wonderful. They made every effort to make you feel welcome and accommodate every request. They were extremely professional and friendly. The only problem we had was the room being totally over heated. The dining room was also stiflingly hot. Overall an extremely pleasant stay and I would highluy recommend it.

Overall we were happy with the stay. The only complaint would be the continential breakfast was crowded with limited to none seating everytime we went (we stayed 3 nights) and had limited selection of food and what they did have they ran out of but did not replace while we were there.

When I walked thru the front doors it smelled smokey and I asked about that and they said we have smoking floors. In my bathroom when the fan is on I could smell smoke coming in too. I wasn't impressed.

This was our first and last stay at the Days Inn, Red Deer. Room was basic, but clean. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were in need of repair. The continental breakfast was good; however, for the $, I would stay elsewhere after one sleepless night due to the hotel staff (who were aware) allowing a drunken party to continue in the room next door […] until midnight when we finally had enough, got dressed and went to the front desk to insist that they shut it down. This is the third time I have staye at this hotel and will stay there whenever I go. All of the staff are excellent and go out of their way to make sure everything you need is taken care of. It is exceptionally clean, and the location makes getting around Red Deer a snap.

Nice place, friendly staff, decent breakfast and a nice breakfast lady, clean rooms with older TVs and some of the fitness room equipment was broken. My only major issue was that in the cold cold mornings I woke up with a headache from the car exhaust outside my 2nd story window. I do not get headaches and I wonder how close I was to carbon monoxide […] poisoning. My room reeked of exhaust. It is not a problem that can easily be fixed and is not the hotels fault but still Yikes. So I would ask to have a room at the back of the building in the future where less people park. I will stay there again and it was a great 5 days but just watch out for that. Read more
