This place has seen better days. Little has been done for upkeep. For the price, should be betterGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great value and quality. Very friendly staff and personnel. My room did not have a smoke detector at all. Any negative rating here reflects my disappoint at the lack of quick repair after notifying staff of a missing smoke detector.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We ended up with a king size bed even though hotels.com said only queen size were available. There seems to be a lack of king size beds in the Missoula area, it would have been nice to know this one was available.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
""mountain view" room"
The room was okay, and just what you would expect for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"only one with central location"
necessary. Clerk Vinbu was helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We were on the first floor and could hear EVERYTHING going on above us, from running bath water to running across the floor. The continental breakfast was disappointing; they appeared to run out of food, or were not getting it out timely; either way, we went somewhere else to eat. The rooms were older. The hotel wouldn't even put towels on the towel […] rack in the bathroom because it had previously fallen and they had re-mounted the rack to a 2x4 and screwed into wall, but still didn't put the towels on it. I would not stay here again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"great for dogs."
Great place to say. Further out of Missula then anticipated but accommodated our dogs and breakfast was great. Would stay here anytime.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not in Missoula"
It is 15 miles or so south of Missoula, which Hotels.com could have made more clear in their listing. Nice place, clean but tired. A good value for the low price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Simple but nice hotel"
Allowed my dog which is a huge plus. Very simple hotel, no refrigerator or microwave, but clean with a little balcony. Staff was very courteous. The hotel is a bit beyond the college area which was nice and quiet but everything was only about 15 min away.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It needs help."
It is really starting to need maintenance. You can throw a cat through the cracks around any given door in any room. Equals - noise, serious cold air, we are in Montana cold winters. The up stairs rooms seem to be some better as far as smells and door cracks. The lower levels not so good. I stay here because it is the closest to my work. I do inspection […] work for oil and gas companies all over the country. Sorry for the report, but it is what it is! I am almost ready to travel another 20 miles in the wrong direction to stay. Have at least 10 more visits to the area. The people who own this work hard, but have to many irons in the fire. I am 61 years old and have traveled a lot. Stayed in hotels from 5 star to no stars. Has you well know, it takes a tremendous amount of time and money to maintain a hotel. They are struggling. The owner is working two jobs. Up at 6 am and home at 2 am the next morning. "Holiday stay close to family"
Visit over Christmas holiday went well in all respects. Staff, especially Sharon at the front desk, was especially helpful and friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfectly adequate for what we spent"
Stayed overnight on way to drop son off at university. Perfectly adequate for what we paid. Only issue was that low fan on the under-window ac unit was strong enough to blow the curtain far enough up to see out... Breakfast was ok. Proprietors were friendly and gracious.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the location was good, but the GPS couldnt find it properly, the hotel was in the process of repairs, but the room layout was weird. the toilet and shower were on one side of the entrance, and the sink on the other. the seals around the outside doors were worn and poorly maintianed which made a horrible noise when the wind started to blow at 2am in […] the morning Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice large rooms, decent breakfast, served our needs wellGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The breakfast was just okay but up to the quality of other hotel for the same price. I probably will not stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Spacious Rooms in LOLO"
Manager was very accomodating in many ways to our experience. Breakfast is cooked by request...and therefore liked the hot fresh eggs and bacon. Room was very spacious and We loved the extra room in the hotel. Room arranged vey convienently.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Days Inn Lolo,MT"
plan on seeking out your own breakfast-nothing special and usually skimpy provisions. But rooms located on back side of building are very quiet. It met our needs for this visit. $20 less per night would be more in the ball park.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"overpriced, rundown, marginal at best"

poor condition, old property. ran out of milk and other staples early at breakfast (grocery store across street no less). congealing sausages. go to missoula where there are a number of professionally run hotels. stay here as a desperate last resort.
"It was okay"

The room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly. Needs to be updated. The public areas needs a good cleaning. Windows were filthy and food area was dirty. Food was poor. Cereal was stale. Tables dirty.
"Not so good"

The man at the front desk was great but the facility was rundown and ready for a facelift. There was debri laying around like unused lumber and broken furniture. The room could have been cleaner especially the toilet seat.
"The hotel needed much repair and the appearance left much..."

The hotel needed much repair and the appearance left much to be desired. The door to the room was broken as if someone had tried to break in. The bathroom fan was very noisy
"My wife and I had a great stay and were very much..."

My wife and I had a great stay and were very much appreciated finding a room when all other hotels in the area were booked (we were able to reserve a room right after a cancellation). The staff were more than accommodating.
"Stay away. Filthy and price gougers."

The only hotel in Lolo, MT. They must handle Missoula MT overflow and Harley Davidson bikers. Right on the hi-way so its extremely noisy. Ask for a room in the rear away from the hi-way. Halls were filthy, stains all over walls, unvacuumed stairs, grick all over. Hallway subfloor not nailed down correctly so you made a heck of a noise walking down the hall. Faucet in bathroom sprayed water vertically all over counter top. Window curtain barely attached to curtain rod. Funky decor - 26 inch desk lamp with a 4 inch shade. One poor little undocumented worker maid trying to do her best. Unfriendly front desk person ( I assumed owner) who wanted to be left alone. Read the fine print on the sign in slip because they are charging you $1.50 for a safe you might not want or need unless you opt out. Charged one price first night. Second night stay was going to cost $40 more for the same room! They knew every room in Missoula was taken. We decided not to pay their exorbitant rate the second night and just left for the next stop on our trip. I almost forgot about the lobby with its tasteful knick knacks - note the large elephant with the broken trunk dangling off of it at eye level right at the front desk. Summed up the entire experience. Avoid this place.

Room was quite large with both a door to the parking area and to an inside hallway. The mattress was good, the carpet good, fridge with freezer, microwave, desk, seating for two around a low table, good television and Wi-Fi. Very clean. Breakfast area was pleasant with good selections; however, the hot foods (biscuits, thin gravy, sausage, pre-packaged eggs) were in small amounts and not replenished unless asked (and then in very small amounts). More attention to servicing the breakfast area is needed, otherwise this was a good stay.

My daughter and I just spent three days there and we were both very happily surprised by how nice it was. The management is phenomenal, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice, and the little dining room was pleasant. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel (for around $100 a night) you might be disappointed as some reviewers are. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable room, and a hot breakfast in the morning, this is a great place. We thought it was very nice and will be back.

For the price, you should get more for your money. Rooms outdated, curtains don't even cover the windows. This place is showing its age (and not doing it gracefully). There is a little mall across the street with a grocery store that is handy. Cute little town, just not such a good place to stay!
