We stayed at the Fountainbleau before we flew out the next morning for a trip. Our room was ready when we checked in a little slow on the check in. We changed an stepped right outside to a favorite restaurant of ours called Cecconi's. The location is perfect and the views incredible. Constant club theme. Constant beat.Loud at pool. lots of "skin" Geared toward the rich, cuban, young crowd. Safe due to police and security (lots of it) and for good reason. Won't bring family again.

Everything overpriced to the extreme! Our mojito drinks were in an 8 oz. plastic cup with ice and with their added service charge, were $19.20! We each had one (3 sips and they were gone) and that was the end of that. Almost $40.00 for two drinks at the pool, really? Cant imagine what the meals would have cost. We had a car so went out instead (park […] two blocks north for 8.00 a day). Our room was nice, but NO coffee maker! This hotel is similar to a conference center, there was a large group there when we checked in. Just too big & Vegas for relaxation. Service was great, lots of pools, private beach access and variety of restaurants. A bit expensive though for a family and restaurants are very expensive too. Would recommend dinning outside of the hotel - there are some options in walking distance.

Stayed during Ultra. Hotel has fun atmosphere. Room was clean, servers were nice although when it is busy it can take a while to get served drinks or food while on the beach or at the pool area. Gorgeous hotel and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. We booked Ocean view room. Room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Housekeeping delivered an air sanitizer. When we returned to room the smell of perfume was so strong my nose and eyes were burning. We were relocated to another room on a lower floor, overlooking the hotel air handlers. No view […] and noisy. Finally the hotel manager moved us into a larger room in a completely different part of the hotel and offered a hotel room credit, except we were only there for one night. The way the hotel was presented was very deceiving! Oceanfront or Bayview rooms,rooms with balconies!!!!! We had a room with parking garage view and front desk told us that first thing in the morning they will call us to change our room and of course nobody called and we didn't even bother to call them back. Huge place ,with no personal touch!

Our rooms were not ready until well after 4pm. The staff was not understanding of us wanting a room even at that point. We did not get a Kind size bed in 1 room. The excuse was that they just don't have any, however, it was an option when booking and we selected that room and paid $30/day more! We reserved and paid for 2 "Ocean View" rooms and the 1st […] room given was looking straight into a building and the air-conditioning units on the roof. If we jumped high enough, we could get a glimpse of the ocean. When we asked to be moved to an actual "Ocean View" room that we booked and paid close to $800/night for, the staff just kept saying "There are just no rooms available!" This hotel obviously is very mismanaged and I will never stay there again. The Mediterranean Grill had awful service and un-edible food. In Miami, of all the hotels we have stayed (including Ritz, W, Mandarin, Sheraton, SoHo, Westin, Hilton, Four Seasons), this was by far the worst in all categories. The Fountainbleau hotel is magnificent. The waiters at the restaurants give excellent service and they are friendly. Service at the Spa is excellent. The Fountainbleau is very large and the hotel is located near the beach. The entertainment is first class. Dionne Warwick and Natalie Cole performed at BeauLive.
