Hotel is very convenient to international airport, a bit of walking in enclosed passageways or they have their own golf carts to shuttle you back & forth. Located some distance from the city, but there is an Ekspress (sic) train that leaves regularly from airport terminal to Sentral (sic) station in downtown KL. Nice room, contemporary and well maintained, bed a little stiff for me; nice big bath with tub & large separate shower stall. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast buffet, US, European, Chinese and local flavors (no pork, this is a Muslim country).

"Sunway Pyramid Tower - Good for Mall and Resorts"
This hotel is in a great location for mall shopping and food choices, as well as the Sunway Resort facilities. But the room itself was a disappointment, particularly on what was purported to be an executive floor. The walls were too thin so evening hallway noise was problematic. The cable internet connection was sporadic (and no wifi in the room). TV […] channel choice was poor, starting with a loud promo channel for Sunway, and generally weak reception. The carpet was worn, desk too narrow, plastic tub too slippery, and the A/C system was so cold it had to be shut off regularly, as the remote's temperature setting had no efffect. "Hotel is horrible, only stay in the Resort part."
Initially I did not know that there is a resort and hotel in the same complex and booked the hotel. What a mistake! Hotels is a sub par 3-star motel like quality establishment. Rooms were horrible, internet service did not work at night, bed was very hard, phone cable kept falling off the handset when I was calling operator to complain. Food in the […] cafeteria very bad, lucky they had bread. Bad bad bad. After I complained they were able to find me room at the adjacent resort by the same name. What a difference, I was happy to pay a higher price. Still not quite pulling up to 5-star standard, but I was ok with it. "friendly staff"
All staff very friendly. Location is perfect. Can eat or buy anything u want without go out from d building. But d room service is terrible. D food is hard like just took out from d fridge. Housekeeping making our bed very tidy but d carpet aroung d wall is full with dust! When I try to make a phone it cannot get thru, I hv to call operator to open […] d line then only I can call. "Freezing"
Generally service only average, not top quality. Rooms seem to be worn out. . One of our room had techncal promlem with air cooling. Freezing .. and staff could not fix it .

It is the first hotel in my life where I got down from the taxi and wondered what to do because no one was there to pick bags. The food is served in the buffet in small dishes and it runs out. "Good stay for leisure & shopping"
This was my 2nd stay in this hotel with my family. Check in was easy & quick. I had requested for room facing the theme park & was granted. If u need to use the theme park & shopping @ sunway pyramid mall, this hotel is an ideal stay. Overall all ok.

Room was up to expectation.When we were changed to go to the beaches,there was a thunderstorm. Great disappointment for the children.The facilities close at 6 so further attempts to the beach was not possible.Would be good if the facilities can stay open until later. クアラルンプールの中心からは少し離れています．街の中心で活動したい場合はあまり向いていないかもしれません． 他にもレビューがあると思いますが，ホテルの施設はそれなりに充実していいて，子供連れなどでは楽しめると思います（プールや遊園地など）．ショッピングセンターも隣にあり，便利でした．

整体环境还不错，早餐比较丰盛、服务员服务态度也很得体，大堂一般，酒店叫车的价格比较高，到市区的交通不是很便利，如果只在那个区域，还是值得尝试的 ~~
