"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay
"Great location and large suits."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Big attractions accompany the big falls experience in Canada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, one of the continent’s largest, sits at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. Nearby, MarineLand Canada features killer and beluga whales. Gamblers can chose between Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort, one of Canada’s largest. On a clear day, visitors can see Toronto atop the 520-foot Skylon Tower.

"Don't come for the breakfast!"
Price was reasonable, but be ready for the $13.50 CAD additional parking fee once you arrive. The room was typical Comfort Inn quality. Clean and nice but not 5 star. Don't waste money on Fallsview side because you mostly see hotels. The biggest problem was the breakfast. The worst Comfort Inn breakfast I've ever had. Waited in a long line for the small […] overcrowded breakfast room. Cold eggs and sausage. Broken waffle maker. Overall a nice hotel, but don't choose this place if it's for the breakfast. When we complained about the breakfast at checkout, they didn't do anything to make us happy customers. Read more

"Weekend getaway"
Hotel was close to restaurants and attractions. The free breakfast was very basic. The room was very small and we had to wait out in hallway until other guests finished. It still is worth it if you are traveling with small children due to the cost of dining out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice with lots of tables and chairs […] however the hot tub was very dirty. The location is within walking distance to Clifton hill and the falls. Parking was not included but due to tourist traffic and the proximity of attractions, you can get around easily on foot. The price was right and I would certainly stay at this hotel again. Read more
"nice place"
I was in Niagara Falls for a quick trip to see a friend. It was a nice room that was centrally located and the staff was very knowledgeable as well. There is even a restaurant in the same parking lot. It was exactly what I was looking for.
"Great location for the price"
good location, room clean but a few things to consider - 1)breakfast, which is included, is served in a small room that only holds 30 people and you are not allowed to go in and take things back to your room...so, even when the hotel is not busy, you may have to wait in line to go and get your free breakfast...we gave up after 10 minutes. 2)parking,..you […] have to pay separately for parking - common at Niagara Falls, just something to be aware of 3) hot tub and pool area - no towels and hot tub needed cleaning. "Comfort INN"
Nice Hotel clean though make sure you do not get room 101 it is next to a Restaurant that plays drums so it is very loud if you need to go to sleep before 12:00. Otherwise it is clean and nice staff.
"niagra"
not bad but did not recieve the room with jacuzzi that was promised by hotels.com
"Ok hotel, not the best location"
Spa room was cramped. Location was so-so. Overall after staying the area a few days there are better choices.
"A Suite is not a Suite!"
If you've ever stayed in a hotel suite, you most likely had a front room with a fold-out sofa and at least one separate bedroom. Therefore, you would expect a very similar experience the next time you book a suite. Right? Right! Unfortunately, that is not what I got at Comfort Inn Fallsview in Niagara Falls Canada. Their "suite" was a smaller-than-average […] 3-star hotel ROOM, granted, with a foldout sofa next to the bed. Moral of the story, "BUYER BEWARE!" and ask the right questions prior to booking. It's not that there was anything inherently bad with the room. It was the expectation of something more than what I actually got. Oh, and the hotel staff had to go on a scavenger hunt just to get me a couple pillows, sheets, and blanket for the foldout sofa. After the initial shock of the "suite that was a room", I focused on enjoyning my time outside the hotel. A message to Comfort Inn: If it's not a suite, then don't call it a suite! Cheers! Read more
"Good location but terrible condition"
The hotel is well situated one block from the shoe horse falls. However, the hotel is one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Carpets are dirty, they have a second section with no elevator or facilities for the disable. Parking is additional $12 per day plus tax. Breakfast is provided but is in the basement. the breakfast room only fits about 15 people […] so you have to wait 5-15 minutes before you can get a seat. Read more

"Close to tourist attraction"
The place is close to tourist attraction like marineland, maid of the mist etc... The quality of service is great. I requested 2 pillows and they bring it right away. I'm only dissatisfied to free breakfast. Only few tables available and you need to wait for others to finish and the food is only breads, coffee, juice, water, fruit cocktail and cold […] hard boiled egg. But u can eat across the street the breakfast is only 5.99$. Read more
"decent"
Breakfast was lousy bring your own pillows
"Fallsview"
There are better hotel views of the Falls, but the price was right for a single parent and his family on a budget and the money we saved allowed us to go to more of the local attractions. Besides, the Welcome Center view is still the best and that view is free.
"very basic"
It is a basic, standard hotel room: basic cable, minimal towels, minimal toiletries, etc. Notably, they have apparently raised the parking rates since some of the other past guests left reviews. Not especially convenient to Clifton Hill (the tourist area) or the falls. If your expectations aren't that high, this is the place for you.

"Comfort Inn, Niagara - Simple but good hotel"
The hotel is located on one of the main roads, a short walk to the falls and all of the main sights in town. It is well located, simple but clean with friendly service.
"nice hotel"
nice hotel for the money. close to everything very satisfied
"AWESOME! Great Location, Great Facility"
I was surprised! Me and my fiancee went to Niagara Falls during the "off season" it was fall and it seems like many of the attractions were going to stop in the next few weeks because of the upcoming cold weather. Because of that we got an excellent rate, but still we didn't know what to expect. The room and bathroom were pretty big, very clean and […] well maintained. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were also pretty nice and clean. The location was also excellent; just a short walk to the "horse shoe" falls and the casino. Close to enough restaurants and attractions. We didn't came with a car so we had to walk everywhere and it didn't bother us at all. The staff was ver friendly, they help me find out about the train and the train station times. Overall was a great experience and an excellent value. Th Read more

"Not as close as they want you to think"
This is a lovely, well kept hotel. The "Fallsview" name gives the impression that you are "right there." It is a walkable distance to the Falls but you have to walk up a steep hill to return to the hotel.
"great for the money"
really close to the falls and casino, bed was very comfortable, slider door with small balcony, clean towels every day, clean linens every two days. Only negative is that you have to pay to park - $9.00 per night.
"Pool not in service"
Nice and clean hotel. Great location. However, pool (indoor and outdoor) were not in service. Also jacuzzi was not in service.
"Hotel Name"
When you read the name of the hotel you think that you will have excellent view over the falls, but that is not the case, we were lucky to see a little water in the horisont through some trees. So in the description it should be mentioned, that the hotel is situated very close to the falls, but not all rooms have falls view.
"GREAT LOCATION"
The hotel staff was exceptional and extremely helpful and friendly! The room was a "fallsview" room, but you could only see the mist from the falls.
"Great room for the money......but breakfast is a problem"
First let me say that this is a good hotel for the price. Granted we stayed on a weekday and the price appears to double on the weekend, but it is still a great price for the amenities available and the proximity to the falls. They need to work on the breakfast a little bit, though. It is free continental, but they have only a tiny breakfast room and […] will not let you take anything out. This leads to a huge line outside the door as people are waiting to get inside and get a table. They either need a bigger room or they should just let people pop in and grab some coffee and a donut and leave so that others can have a table. We found it preferable to pay for breakfast elsewhere, rather than be subjected to the hassle. Read more

"Comfy Beds"
It was the first time I woke up in a hotel room in a long time where I didn't hurt all over. I don't know what beds they use, but it was lovely.
"Good Location"
Located a short walk to view the falls, and many restaurants. The room was clean, and personnel were professional and friendly.
"bed was very soft and comfortable.."
only thing was the toilets in the hotel --you would have to hold down the handle to get it to flush- this was the case in my room AND the pool area bathroom. And my hair dryer didn't work well but I was too tired to care and the bed was VERY VERY comfortable
"Very good hotel-For the price, EXCELLENT Hotel"
Location I would say is the best feature of this hotel. You can walk to the falls, the casino, and some of the best NF restaurants. The room wasn't too big but it was confortable. Above all the room, bathroom, and the hotel in general were inmaculate CLEAN...The free breakfast wasn't all that, and the hours were retty limited, only 6am to 9am, but well […] it was free. It also has an indoor and outdoor swinming pool, and free internet in the room. In general I would definitely recomend this hotel to anybody that values price, cleanliness, and location. Read more
"3 days while at a convention in tje Scotia Bank Ce"
I was very satisfied with the hotel. My room was very good, clean and comfortable. The location is great if you are attending a convention in the Scotia Bank Convention center and is a few minutes walk from the falls view casino and is just above the falls for sight seeing. Breakfast was included and free wifi worked well. The indoor pool and hot tub […] is very good as well. Read more

We stayed there as we had tickets to see Sugarland(band), at the Fallsview casino. I booked it on line as the price was right!

"OK Stay"
Went to Niagara to visit the casino, very well located, right across the street but $12/night for parking was a little steep for this 2 star hotel. The breakfast is a joke, you might as well spend the few dollars to get a real breakfast somewhere. The pool was nice, the internet did not work and the building had a tacky decor for being rather newly […] built. Price was good and rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Don't make it the main focus of your stay in Niagara, just a place to sleep Read more

Excellant Location, Staff was friendly and helpfull
I was extremely satisfied with the staff when we registered. We had trouble logging into the WIFI network and one of the staff was extremely helpful in trying to connect our service. The beds were not as comfortable as we have had while being registered in this hotel previously.

"Get the falls view"
I had a great stay, but I would recommend the higher floors over looking the main strip but you don't really see the falls....for the price and location you can't complain great place to stay ill be going back
