"NO COMPLAINTS"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.
"great experience"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay
"Great location and large suits."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

"good location for Town Ballroom events"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
Although we didn't spend very much time at the hotel, the staff called to see if we needed anything and they delivered. The beds were comfy, bathroom roomy and nice TV. The free breaky the next morning was good and better than most others I have had.

Big attractions accompany the big falls experience in Canada. Fallsview Indoor Water Park, one of the continent’s largest, sits at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. Nearby, MarineLand Canada features killer and beluga whales. Gamblers can chose between Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort, one of Canada’s largest. On a clear day, visitors can see Toronto atop the 520-foot Skylon Tower.

"Fallsview Inn"
No cable and very noisy plumbing
Not as near the falls as the name might indicate but within walking distance. Hotel is dated and in need of a facelift.

"Good position, good services"
Nothing special about the hotel, the position is good, the overall price is also good. Recommended!
"Front desk was a joke."
At check in I was asked for a credit card to put of file. They did not tell me the were going to charge $100 to it and then refund days later. At check out It took 20 minutes before anyone appeared. You could save 70% of the parking cost by parking about 50 feet away in a different parking lot. Wireless internet only available in a couple rooms and […] the lobby. The hotel was close to the falls which was about the only good thing. Read more
"Good hotel for the price"
Older hotel, located within walking distance to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hills. TV only had 2 snowy channels. Good valve.

"Fallsview Inn -- No view, no food."
Restaurant only open on the week-ends, not stated on hotel website. No bar/lounge. After traveling all day long on a motorcycle, you want a cold drink and to relax. Had to walk over to Margaritaville -- which in itself wasn't bad, but the hotel was picked specifically because of it's location, and the fact that it had a restaurant and lounge. Will stay […] at the Best Western next time. Read more
"Simple"
The Fallsview is not the newest hotel on the block, but it has all the amenities you really need. The rooms and bed are very comfortable. The hotel is located close to everything. My only negative comment is the surcharge of $10 per night for parking. I thoroughly enjoyed the indoor hot tub after a long days worth of walking.
"Fallsview Inn at Niagara Falls, Ontario"
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It truly is within walking distance of everything to see. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. One problem is that they really need new mattresses and pillows - my back killed after the 4 days stay. And while I don;t watch a lot of TV while on vacation I still enjoy watching some before going to bed […] and they only had 2 channels: one with snow... Read more
"will not stay again"
TV did not work. Hygiene bad. Stinks of smoke and carpet in the room and hallways bad condition Hotel badly needs remodelling work. will not stay again. Staff was friendly. allowed me to check in early. do not pay parking fee. you will find lots behind the hotel for $3 for a day.
"Fallsview Inn Niagra"
The staff at the Fallsview Inn from guest services to maintenence were friendly, helpful and outgoing. The room accomodations were well kept ad comfortable. We were traveling with children so the fact there was no cable television was a minus for us. The pool and Suna area was excellent. he only downside was that the hot tub felt more like a really […] warrm bath. There was a breakfast area but they only served breakfast on weekends. One of the main reasons I booked tis hotel was because it stated it served free breakfast. The air conditioning wasn't quite working in the areas outside of the lobby and rooms which made it a littl less comfortable than other places we stayed during our vacation/ Read more
"not satisfied"
why would the hotel charge a $10.00 parking fee. the parking fee on the neighboring parking lot is only $3.00/day. also, the air condition is very noisy, can't sleep w/ the rattling noise. and no cable tv to make it worse.
"Clean Hotel but very outdated"
Spent a long weekend here to see the sights all i can say is spend a bit more money and stay at one of the surrounding hotels. This hotel was very clean but extremely outdated. The beds were not comfortable at all. It is close to all sights - location was great.
"Very bare bones but a good location"
This hotel was clean but did not have cable TV and the restaurant in the lobby is only open on weekends. The vending and ice machines on some levels aren't working. The parking costs extra and there is only a handicapped/stroller-friendly ramp at the front of the building, not the rear where most parking is located. However, the hotel is extremely nearby […] the Falls and there is a good Korean/Japanese restaurant just across the major intersection from it. Read more
"Not the best, Not the worst."
In terms of location it was pretty nice, but other than that it was kinda a dive. One good thing though was the pizza place across the street. The pizza was delicious there!
"Not Bad"
If you don't care about paying $10.00 extra for parking. 2 Free Wifi Internet was advertised I could not get any in my room was advice by the front desk to stand in the lobby in order to get connection. 3.No complementary breakfast.there is a restaurant located within the building Just a place to sleep then its OK.
"Fallsview hotel in Niagara"
The hotel was clean inside and outside. I was allowed to park my car for 5 hours even before I checked in. The room was pretty big. The bed wasn't the best but didn't bother us. Nothing on TV after 11 PM. Don't know before that. Bathroom was clean and nice hot water. Gave only one soap bar. The sink was outside the bathroom so was very convenient for […] three people to get ready quickly. We didn't Fall view side. They charge $10 for parking but right outside the hotel there were parking lots that charged only $5 per day. Very convenient to just walk down to the river and yet away from the commercial noisy areas. In all, good hotel for budget price. Read more
"Horrible service, smelly room but great location."
The staff was not very welcoming or helpful. The parking was wayyyy overpriced and the hotel kind of locks you in at check in. -- BEWARE The room smelled bad and the carpet was ripped up and yucky. The location was fantastic. Right there in the middle of town. However, I would never stay at this hotel again. It was not worth the couple dollar discount […] compared to other hotels in the area. "Falls View Inn Niagara Ontario"
Good location, good service. TV programing is pathetic. Recommendation to other gests: don't pay for the hotel parking ($10.00 a day) there are parking lots just behind the facility for $3 to 5 a day!

"2 star comfort"
Our ourpose of the trip was...golf...dine... casino...sleep...golf again next morning...leave. So price cleanliess and quiet were the major priority. Fallsview Inn did that.

Excellent little hotel well located, but what i don't like from the hotel is the fact that they hold from my debit card $107 dollars for almost a week since the hotel it was pay in full they hold that money. I love Niagara Falls and the hotel location is great

"Fallsview Inn Niagara"
While the hotel has a great location, I found it to be noisy. Guests were coming and leaving at all times at night. I was woken up at 4AM with people standing by the back entrance (my room was right on top) talking loudly. Other than that, the stay was ok.

"No Cable TV?!"
No Cable TV?! There was also a Surprise! $11.50 parking charge. The poor clerk tried to point to a sign about the fee, but then realized they didn't have one. LOL. I like this place because its clean and comfy, but the new ownership have cut everything else. I also saw no signs the restaurant/bar was still open. A fuzzy CBC newscast just didn't cut […] it. "Hidden little gem"
Most hotels in Niagara stink, are run down or too busy to stay clean. Fallsview is a little hidden gem on the backside of the casino. It's short on overall amenities, but it's comfortable and VERY clean. Much better than a Days Inn or other 2 star. There isn't much of a restaurant, only open 5-9pm and it looked over priced, but everything in Niagara […] is overpriced. There is a cool little pizza shop across the street selling $1 slices. Overall, I was VERY pleased with my stay. Read more

"Good Hotel"
Our overnight stay was good. The beds were a bit low and firmer than we liked, but acceptable. We did notice that a cover sheet was stained However, when we notified houskeeping, they sent someone up, within 15 minutes to change it.
"Good location"
We spent one night at this hotel and it was really good. It's only a 10 minute walk to the Falls and there are plenty of restaurants around. Parking is free and they let us keep our car in the lot until 3 in the afternoon even though we checked out earlier that morning. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and it was pretty inexpensive […] and the food was good. We would definitely stay here again. Read more

"outstanding hotel"
Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. This hotel is great for families. The indoor pool is small - but big enough. It is walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Great location - we never used our car. The room has enough space too. Highly recommend.
"Needs improvement"
Only positives about the room were the location (close to the falls) and the friendly staff.
"Needs Improvement"
Room was spacious, but could have been cleaner. Mattresses were comfortable, linens looked clean. However, there was a build up of dust in some places, like the edge of the headboard and the top of the hairdryer. Depends on how picky you are. Location was good - only 2 blocks from the Falls - but these blocks are a very steep incline. Use the incline […] railroad to avoid at least one hill. Price was good, so it depends on what you are willing to settle for. Read more

""Great room for the money""
A small hotel in a good location on the Canadian side of the falls. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are plenty of bigger fancier hotels but they cost alot more. This is a real bargain for families that want to see Niagara Falls. The money you save on the hotel can then be spent on all the attractions.
