Room was loud could here everything going on in hallways and adjacent rooms. Room wasn't too dirty until I found a dirty plate on top of one of the lamps I mean how do you miss that. And $27 to park two cars is crazy I mean the room was $88.

Everything was up to date and modern.., the decor is tastefully done. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of area attractions. City view room offered great sunlight late in the day and an amazing sunset just before night fall. Make this your place to stay you won't be disappointed.

The most comfortable bed and pillows ever. I slept better than at home and I'm an extremely light sleeper. Hotel was new and clean. Convenient location.1 bad item is you pay for parking, which seems common in the area.

Despite what you call it, it is now the Wyndham Garden and is 100% new. Room was smaller than average but spotless. Bed so comfy, plenty of pillows. Big TV though not the greatest assortment of channels. A/C worked great and was quiet. Didn't roar & rattle like so many. Clean bathroom, good tub, lots of water pressure. All the staff I met were friendly. […] Gary at the desk moved me to a higher room with a view of the city after Expedia put me in a handicap room. I was let in the pool early by asking. Everything is in the right place in this hotel. Front desk service, beds, pillows, bathroom excellent. Don't hesitate and book it. If you have a car, drive to Betty's Restaurant. It's a 10 minute ride.

Clean, wasn't noisy. Bed was comfortable! Easy, quick check-in. Surrounding area not as beautiful as towards the Falls, but that isn't the hotels fault. Wasn't crazy about Perkins but it was there. Didn't utilize the in-house bar - don't know if they had any late night appetizers. My only complaint was that the hotel and Perkins have not figured out […] how to let a patron come down and get a pot of coffee. Could only get it by the cup. Although few TV channels come in and the room is poorly lit, I've got no real complaints. The room was just a place to sleep, as we were walking around enjoying the attractions most of the day. Front desk staff was friendly and suggested area attractions they thought our family would enjoy. Did not encounter any other staff. Hotel was about 3 blocks from Niagara Falls, very convenient to walk everywhere. Hotel room was ready, clean, and had 2 queen beds as requested. It was a very humid day, but the a/c in the room worked wonderfully. My husband […] and son went swimming in the indoor pool which was clean. Only complaints: Hallways were not air-conditioned. Fallsview Inn is within easy walking distance of the falls. The exterior of the hotel shows some age, but the interior is very nicely maintained. The only surprise was paying to park (reasonable, but unexpected). Overall a very nice hotel for the money.

Very unfriendly staff at ck in & especially at ck out. Only staff that were semi-decent were the maids & the breakfast waitress. The location was conveneient, but given the attitude of the slender dark haired lady at ckout, I would never go back. she treated each guest I witnessed with very poor customer service. she seemed out of it & could not assist […] in anyway with any questions. When we didn't have coffee & enuf toilet paper provided in the room, it was some huge favor to get these items. She treated a prior ckout person with complete disregard & impatientce due to his communication limitations with English. She charged for parking at the end w/o us being informed via the website or at ck in. At first it was $10, then it became $11.64 with more tax. She complained about the US citizens not understanding Canafian tax laws & that we had it easier then them & ought to pay more taxes like Canada. She took several minutes to get the credit card machine running to charge the $11.64 & was yawning in your face & being ignorant. They should get better help from a more ambitious person who respects customer service & having a job. Based on the ckout experience & the delays, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The lighting in the bathroom was way too dim once you shut the shower curtain you can not see a thing. The pay to park charge is not customer friendly when one can park right next door for less or the same, only here have we ever seen where we have to pay to park & we are their customers. The motel has no reception for TV what motel does not have programing? […] We live 30 miles out side of any towns and get better reception with a roof top antenna than at this motel. The location is excellent and other than having to walk through teenagers smoking on the steps to the parking area to leave and return to the area sights. Read more

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice. They also except Americans dollars on a 1-1 basis (unlike some hotels which charged us a fee for using US dollars) Overall great hotel AND extremely close to Falls--> we saved a lot of money on parking.

We stayed at this hotel because we decided to go to Niagara a night early and it was the best price we could find and the Baymont Inn is where we stayed the other 2 nights (we reccommend this hotel). This hotel was kind of creepy...although it was nicely done to the age of the hotel, the rooms were very dark with minimal lighting and smelled like an […] old hotel. Our A/C barely worked, so we layed in the bed by the unit. The main source of lighting when you walk in the door and turn on the light switch was 2 flood lights in the corner of the room which had low wattage bulbs in them. There were only 2 channels on the TV and they were fuzzy (I don't watch TV on vacation, but my fiance does, lol) I am not picky at all about hotels, but this one just didn't do it for me...like I said it was good for one night. Parking is sufficient but is $10/night when there is a lot next door to the hotel that is $3 all day. They did let us stay in the parking lot until 2pm after checkout the next day which was nice. All in all, the location was good, but when compared to our other hotel, I reccommend the Baymont Inn instead of this one. Read more

Very clean, rooms are very nice. Location is great for seeing the Falls and is also very close to Clifton Hills. Staff were friendly. Charge is roughly $12/day for parking, and room service food is very expensive. There is a parking lot just behind the hotel which charges $5 per day.

Enjoyed this location walkable to Falls, casinos, Restaurants. Appears the room we had was still to have some DIY finished but otherwise very nice and clean. Parking fee was a bit of a shock. That was not mentioned on your web site. Please amend.

The room was comfortable, very clean and very spacious. The bed was so soft being one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The pool was on the cold side and the spa was a bit too hot but all in all a great stay.
