I put the overall rating as a 4 simply because the price seems a bit high for the size of room being a "shared bathroom" situation. I'm not from Australia, much less Sydney, so maybe this is the norm. Also there were some "advertizing" issues. 1) There was advertizing that a round-trip shuttle was provided by the hotel for a fee. NO. The same shuttle is available to everyone from the airport for only a $2 difference. So it's not a hotel shuttle which would save time, but an airport shuttle service which travels a circuit of stops and hotels. 2) Communication as to what's included for breakfast was not quite what I expected, but it was still and acceptable breakfast. Overall, I had a great stay and enjoyed my short stop in this wonderful city.

We were upgraded to a Harbor View. Just beautiful. The only thing we could complain about is....no free wi-fi. A hotel of this quality should be able to offer this for it's guests.

My wife and I stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and this saved the trip. The rooms with the japanese sliding doors are great. The rooms are extremely spacious and come with a ton of amenities. I didn't know when I booked this room that there would be a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer and a dryer, and a balcony. The location is great, but the restaurants in the area are a bit pricey, so just be prepared for that.

This Bondi Beach aparthotel is situated near the beach. Bondi Beach, Sydney Opera House, and Sydney Harbour Bridge are area attractions. Regional points of interest include Circular Quay.

We loved the location and the service was great. It was just very cold in our room even with the heat blasting all the time. The bathroom is vented so it's cold as ice. This may be a great location in the summer but it was uncomfortably cold in the winter.

The worst establishment I slept for ages. The air conditioning unit very, very, very noisy - temperature control handle broken. TV set remembers good part of last century. No tea, no coffee.

The Ultimate Apartments are perfectly located close to Bondi Beach but still quite! The bus to circuit quay leaves directly in front of the Apartments!
Not a motel room, but apartments. Lots of signeage around telling you about rules, but all good. Close to shops - 5 mins walk, though uphill from the ocean. Park right in front of your room, behind security gates (excellent). Like Asian quisine? You MUST eat at the Rice Pot down the hill, excellent, great food, service, price.

We were so close to the beach & restaurants-5min walk. The mall was 5min drive away. The city was a 30min bus ride, & the bus stop is opp the property. Just not happy. Receptionist on arrival, not particularly welcoming, had the air that she didn't want to be there, and seemed unimpressed that we had had our room upgraded. Paperwork that I was made to read and sign before we were given our room key, clearly stated that it wasn't a hotel. The bed had a waterproof covering on it which made it difficult […] to sleep on as we kept sticking to the sheets. It was short on places to park our new car, where trees and bushes weren't rubbing against it. Very basic but clean and comfortable accomodation. Quiet neighbourhood and you can't beat the secure off-road parking. Remember to bring your own coffee, tea, sugar, toileteries etc. & mins walk to Bondi beach and cafes. 45mins to the airport - due to traffic more than distance. This is a converted Motel so the walls are pretty thin and noise bleeds in however, I was pleasantly surprised as it was clean and comfortable.

I think that the hotel represents good value for money. However I would think twice about 3 1/2 stars - probably 3/5 would be a better indication. Relatively short 10 min walk to the beach via residential and shopping neighbourhood.

This is a real gem in Sydney, just a couple of blocks from Bondi Beach. It's an old style motel where the car is parked just near the door to your room, but with modern security system (locked gates, video surveillance) to keep out unwelcome and unofficial visitors - a sign of the times I guess. Facilities are basic but the room is functional, very […] clean; separate bathroom had a terrific shower, reasonable towels but not so good toilet paper (take your own if this is important to you!). There was a small TV, couch,microwave, fridge, iron and board provided in the room as well as glassware, china etc. Take your own coffee, milk etc as none is provided. If you are like us and basically use your hotel room as a place to store clothers, shower, sleep, and spend only limited time indoors, then this really is excellent value - especially when compared with other hotels in the area which generally charge up to 2-3 times as much and extra for parking! "Motorist Haven"
The free, very secure off street parking is a huge plus for car travelers. The cost of accommodation is already very reasonable for a self contained apartment and the location was good for us. People relying on public transport might want to be nearer to Bondi beach - but having our car parked free all day and walking 700 meters was not a problem

Her er value for money i forhold til beliggenhed. 5 minutters gang til Bondi Beach og bus til centrum lige udenfor komplekset. En lille svømmepøl i gården og gode fællesfaciliteter f.eks. vaskeri. Lejligheden har et lille køkken så man også kan lave lidt aftensmad

För mina behov var hotellet utmärkt. Besökte barnbarn som bodde i Bondi, tre kvarter bort. Buss utanför dörren till City. Förhållandevis rimliga priser. Dyr internetanslutning, nästan 70 kr/dygn. Hotellpersonalen trevlig och hjälpsam.
ビーチまでは少し距離はありますが、歩きながら、散策すればすぐです。とても静かで鳥のさえずりだけ聞こえて環境はベストです。室内も白を基調にして、とても広く、キッチン用品も全部揃っててビックリ。浴室は頭上固定のシャワーのみで日本人には勝手悪い感じしますが、清潔さでカバーできます。タオルチェンジやベッドメークは１週間に一回のみというルールなので、長期滞在の方は要注意。 ランドリーも干す場所も広くて、informationの方もとても優しくて良い旅になりました！
