Although the hotel staff were gracious and extremely accommodating, the "up sell" at the front desk was a bit much...wi fi, breakfast etc. The bathroom had a mirror with rust spots all along the edges. Liked the in bath clothes line. Room was spacious though the light buttons were a bit hard to figure out. The hotel decor is charming and the staff extremely helpful and efficient. We loved the food, ambience, amenities, and also the beauty salon. The only problem was the lack of free internet access in the lobby and in the room if you stayed less than 7 days.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The only negative if at all is that there is no free internet service. But a small price to pay considering all the other advantages.We used it twice . Once in Feb2012 & 2nd time in March2012.

The hotel is centrally located. Easy to reach all the attractions. Food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast, with a huge spread, every morning. Excellent Lunch. We enjoyed entertaining friends & family to lunch.

An excellent hotel in every respect. We were given an early check in in the morning. Room very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Service excellent from all staff. Superb breakfast and dinner too. We were even offered complimentary airport transfer which was great.Would return to this hotel again and again.

Appart from the fact that the Gym was too small and had humidity problem, and th fact that there is no pool, I dont think you will ever get a better deal in Chennai. Value for money was verygood, the staff extremely friendly and helpful...Bear in mind, its not easy to find a decent clean hoetl in Chennai

At the reception the check in is prompt, polite and attentive the only positive for all my stay The lobby is too small that if needs to meet people just for a short talking it is more or less impossible for this reason I asked for the possibility to use the business center but the hotel can give off course at payment for minimum four hours. The room […] is normal no much big and is very difficult to have in the room a short business meeting with more than one people; also the bath is not very spacious for a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately I had a no good experience with the room cleaning service I left the room at 8,30 in the morning and was not yet cleaned as I come back at four o’clock in the afternoon. The restaurant Paprika serve Indian and European food but the quality is not very good specially for the Indian dishes; in the morning there is the buffet breakfast with continental and Indian food with large variety but not high quality for the Indian breakfast. The bar that is inside the Rhapsody is to small and absolutely uncomfortable also because there are two round sofas and only a table and in the sofas there is no any possibility of privacy. Grundsätzlich sehr in Ordnung, beim Service gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Ich habe z..B. vorab um eine Zugreservierung gebeten, reserviert wurde lediglich eine Fahrt zum Bahnhof ... Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch, das Lunchpaket bei frühzeitiger Abreise jedoch leider ein Witz.
