When it comes to true leadership of a five stars hotel. Mr. Yokoyama has it all! He turned an awful experience into a truly joyful memorable holiday. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend anyone.

This was a great hotel located right in the center of the action in Kyoto. There were several english-speaking staff members at the front desk and concierge, making it very easy to check-in and get recommendations. The rooms were very modern japanese, with fabulous soaking tubs and rain showers. The only negative was the Japanese restaurant- definitely left something to be desired. The Italian restaurant was excellent, however. And the morning buffet was adequate.

Heldigvis finnes vending-machines overalt. Til og med mellom Inaris hellige porter.
