      The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is awesome. I would have given it a perfect 5 except the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room our friend was in had the same problem. Also....there is a noise...a boiler maybe? that if you stay on the back side of hotel it wakes you up and runs from 6 am to 10 am and is quite loud. We read about this in the reviews in room 2 and we also had it in our room. The service was awesome and the bed and room were very comfortable. The bar is open at night and the deskclerks are great about getting you anything you would like to drink from the bar. The rooms are VERY clean!!!

      I had previously stayed at The Mount but didn't remember the rooms being so snug. There is a chair in the room along with a desk and desk chair, I believe one of those chairs could be eliminated. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had a meal in the restaurant, the steak was a little overdone for my liking but I was hungry and did not send it back. All-in-all a nice property with some history.

      The hotel, bar & food quality is excellent. Set in a rural area with easy acess to motorway. Would reccomend this hotel if in the area. Our stay was only 1 night as we were travelling. Excellent value.

    Modern Hotel, located next to a main road, car parking shared with leisure centre. Quite noisy during the night , rooms large and comfortable, but could do with air con as you cannot have the windows open due to the noise. Limited dining at the weekend.

    All in all for less than fifty pounds for a twin bedroom this hotel represents very good value for money, staff , especially front of house were very courteous, professional and helpful, and the overall standards of cleanliness were very good, although my sympathy goes out to the poor housekeeping staff who have to vacume those amazingly long corridors!, […] my only slight issue would be the downstairs rooms at the front of the building would benefit from more robust double glazing as the traffic at night, with the windows fully closed can still be heard, restaurant was a high standard and priced very reasonably, and very big TVs in the rooms, i would not hesitate to reccomend the Telford Whitehouse and i left feeling i had got very good value for money.
