The staff was great, the location is great for a business person coming from the airport. The train is right across the street, and the main train station and buses and metro are right nextdoor too. BUT it is a cab (or metro or bus) ride from the historic area so be advised. Also, there is no gym/exercise room. And when it's cold in Lyon or snowing, your only choice is to eat :). It's in a very commercial area so there don't seem to be fine real French restaurants around. So the bottom line is, good for a business person with appointments close by. Not quite so good for tourists.

Nice hotel, centrally located, close to Metro stop. Booked a superior room and as is typical throughout many hotels in the EU, it was tiny. Had to go outside to change our minds. Barely enough room to walk around the double bed. Std. room' must be a sardine can. No soundproofing issues, fairly quiet. Front desk staff was exceptional and friendly. Plenty of pizza joints within a block or 2, which came in handy when we arrived late. Would stay here again.

The room wasnt much no elevator 2nd floor the big problem was the w.c. the whole bathroom was elevated (perhaps an afterthought?) a foot high. It was actually the smallest bathroom I have ever seen even on a small boat. It was bizzare.

L'hôtel donne une bonne impression à l'arrivée (accueil, propreté de la réception) mais dès qu'on passe le seuil de la chambre, ce n'est pas terrible... la chambre (non fumeur) sent le tabac, et la salle de bains laisse à désirer (propreté). Chambre soit disant grand confort parce qu'elle a un lit double de 160 de large!...Ce n'est qu'une cabine (il y a plus d'espace dans une cabine de bâteau) et c'est bon pour de passage d'une nuit mais pas de trois nuits.Le petit déjeuner est trop cher par rapport au qualite/prix de l'hôtel.

Chambre propre globalement, salle de bain moyen avec évacuation partiellement bouché et la porte qui ne ferme pas. Le personnel est agréable, souriant et serviable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel n'est pas idéal pour des personnes en transport ou ballade a pied, en revanche accès rapide au périphérique!

Mauvaise impression, peu de sommeil les deux nuits du à la température élevée dans la chambre au 1er étage. la climatisation donne sur une étagére qui diminue son efficacité. Je ne recommanderais pas les chambres chez vous au 1 er étage par grosse chaleur.Désolé

Une salle d'eau minuscule, des fuites robinet et évacuation, une chambre juste propre, c'est vraiment trop juste pour le prix !! Le personnel est souriant et agréable mais cela ne suffit pas.

hotel situé a proximité d'une autoroute donc beaucoup de bruit de fond la fenétre de la chambre est petite la salle de bain encore plus et j'étais dans une chambre GRAND COMFORT.
