Quality Inn Arlington - Arlington

Hotel & room were nice and very clean. Walls were paper thin, could hear the person in next room the entire night! When I asked the clerk about the noise when we checked in, he said, "our rooms are sound proof, you won't here anything!" Guess I didn't get the sound proof room. Breakfast was only beagles, fruit, biscuits & gravy & waffles. Not much.

It was convenient enough, but our room was so dusty that we slept with the window open the entire 4 days we were there. There were toe nail droppings behind one of the night stands (which we had to move to plug in a phone). Our sheets were never changed, the pillows are miniature, and the sheets were not so comfy. We walked over to the gas station one […] night to grab a drink and found a syringe on the ground. I'm thinking we were somewhat in the bad part of town. The staff was nice enough though, helpful when our hairdryer wouldn't work, they brought an extension cord right away... Kind of confusing, not sure if they knew it was an electrical issue, or if that's the standard response for a faulty working hair dryer. The shower nozzle was leaky and was bandaged by a hotel flyer. If you have to stay here because of cost it'll work, but if you can afford to pay an extra $10-$20 a night I'd go elsewhere. Read more

The hotel was very close to the outlet which was the reason for our stay. We both had problems sleeping because of the noisy fridge, heater and a noise coming from the clock which we ended up unplugging. I was very disappointed in this hotel. I've been to Quality inn's before and I know I'm not getting anything special. But they specifically said they had flat screen tv's in the bedrooms which they did not. Also me and my friends called and asked if they had conjoined rooms so that we could intermingle between the two rooms as needed. We were going […] to be out late and if our rooms are right by eachother you don't have to worry about your voice at 3 a.m. They did not accomodate even after calling ahead of time. Then there was my bed sheets.... There was a red stain that looked like blood on my bedding... Disgusting. I threw this on the ground and didn't use it. Checked into the hotel, did not go to the room as we were suppose to be somewhere. Got back in late, the two keys we had did not work. Woke up in the morning, went to make coffee and the old coffee filter was still in the machine from the previous guest. When I told them about it all they said was sorry. I will find out who did it.

This property is close to local airport and the town of Arlington. Room furniture is older and dated. Exercise equipment light weight and fragile. Laundry facility available and at reasonable cost. Quiet, clean hotel with security cameras u feel okay about parking your vehicle overnight. Our phone did not work in our room, but reception kindly let me use office phone, no problem making long distance call. Night time reception very pleasant to talk to. Rates were reasonable.

All though they were in the process of adding rooms to this hotel it in no way diminished the GREAT accommodations and excellent service. We really enjoyed our few days there. The food at the Casino next door was also wonderful and very reasonably priced. The staff was also very helpful and the coffee was hot 24hrs.

The woman at the front dest seemed reluctantly working there. We checked in about 10pm on Saturday. She asked my last name without even looking at me. And then she handed me the key card while she was talking to someone else. Again, she didn't even look at me. We had a newly renovated room which was nice. Upon checking in we were blown away at the odor of our room. We tried to air it out but it wasn't getting better. The front desk guy gave us a can of air spray, it did nothing, but was a nice gesture. We went to the nearby Wallmart and bought baking soda for the fridge and "Super odor eliminator" (tub of gel stuff that absorbs odors) for the room. It […] did a great job. We would have just left, but I wasn't sure how that would work having booked on here. Plus my husband fell asleep immediately due to having been up for 24 hours because of work and travel time. The place seemed like it had been recently renovated. Everything seemed fresh in the room, halls, lobby, and breakfast room. No funny odors, and no wear, or tear. The host was very pleasant and treated us like old friends. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at the Quality Inn Arlington was short. I checked in around 9:15 pm and checked out the next morning around 8 am. The room I stayed in was clean and cozy. The hotel was quiet and I experienced a good night sleep. I woke up and took advantage of the continental breakfast. Cigarette burns on the bedding, the room stunk, the refrigerator was noisy and had to be unplugged to get to sleep, room lighting was either fully on or pitch black which made it difficult to keep some sort on minimal lighting on while sleeping in case someone needed to use the restroom.

This hotel is worth the short drive from the interstate. Being not right at the freeway gives it s nice and quiet location; although opposite from Arlington airport, we didn't really hear any airplanes and could sleep with the window open. Close to the Seattle Premium Outlet mall.

For the price we paid and the fact that we were only in the room overnight to be close to the outlets and get shopping, it was a good deal. Clean enough and close to a restaurant. Would stay there again for the convenience and the price.
