I stayed in this hotel back in October and loved it. So I booked it again. However this time the front desk service was lacking (each day). The bathroom sink wouldn't drain (appeared like they kept pledging it and as a result the water wouldn't go throught the little holes). Half the time u flushed the toilet it kept free flushing until you manually […] lifted the handle. Two of the nights we had a door slamming yelling neighbor but there is not much you can do about that, no matter the accommodations. Great location and easy access. Room was clean. Front desk clerk could crack a smile but was efficient. The room was very comfortable. It would have been a great night's sleep if not for the arguing in the hallway or another room in the early morning hours. We would stay there with our kids again.

This time the key card didn't work in the door of our room so we were transferred to another where the toilet didn't work properly, the hairdryer hung from the wall,and the TV was older. This Microtel was convenient, clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. The gentleman in the lobby, Maurice, was very friendly, professional and helpful.

We got there 2hours early and inquired if it was possible to checkin since we wouldnt be back there till around 10pm - we were happy to hear that we could check in and use the room since we had to change clothes prior to going to a party - hotel was quiet and comfortable

If you are visiting someone in Bellevue, this is a nice place to stay. Internet is good, breakfast is adequate. The excessive room is ok but the seat on the cycle has been broken for the last 2stays. It just needs screws. I explained how to fix it, so we will see. I'll be back in a month.

Other then the location for me, I wouldn't stay here again. The hotel was new but looked like was a old and just remodeled. The price was too much for the hotel, next time I'll pay a little more and drive a little farther to stay in a nicer hotel. We have never stayed at this chain before but were delighted with the value. The room was small - it reminded me of our ship cabin. Space planning was efficient. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The breakfast was not gourmet but filling. Would definitely stay at this chain again.

I went on a over night stay, I stayed in the jetted suite. The remote for the TV was not programmed. The jacuzzi was nice. Except the handle on the hot water was broke. The bed was ok. Only had a small amount of covers. But I would stay again. The breakfast was. Just waffles and cereal and muffins which was great on the go.
