I am completely satisfied with my stay at this inexpensive and perfectly located hotel. This hotel is literally two blocks from the historical town center, and was a great value. The staff was kind and attentive, answering all of my questions, as well as arranging for airport rides (to and from), wake-up calls (knocks, actually!) and overall made me feel at home. They have two computers in the lobby that are free to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again!

The hotel is within walking distance of all of the "Must See" sights and locations in Riga. Clean rooms and a nice restaurant however the internet service is spotty. Overall a good value

I stayed at this hotel on two previous occasions in its former incarnation as a Domina Inn. It was and is excellent value, in a first-class location. The buffet breakfast is very good but on my last visit (January 2013) cold cereal (such as corn flakes and raw oats) was not offered and only porridge was available (the porridge, however, was excellent). […] One failing I consider significant is that there was no clock in the room so a guest has no independent means of telling the time. Believe it or not, there still exist on this Earth people who do not possess a mobile. I reminded the hotel staff of this fact on my first visit but unfortunately the situation has not been remedied. Friendly staff. They are very good. We really hated how the drain of the shower was clogged and the staff tried to help and said we could shower where the Sauna was. They said the hotel was full, not sure if that was true. But we were only staying there for one night. I think it's really disgusting when the shower is clogged and the water doesnt go […] and the water when you shower goes up to your ankles. I took pictures, too bad I cant upload it here! Read more

Stayed from the 3rd-6th May 2012, good hotel with friendly staff. Bit of noise in the corridors during the early hours. Hotel is a 20 minute walk from the centre and is located in a quiet area.

Sengene var dårlige. Altfor harde! Ved ankomst måtte vi vente med innsjekking dersom vi ville ha ikke-røyk rom- noe vi bestilte samtidig med reisen. Når vi kommer tilbake til hotellet får vi likevel tildelt et rom som var så innrøykt og som stinket så til de grader røyk at de var ubehagelig. Når vi så konfronterte personalet med dette, presterer de […] å si at det var et ikke- røyk rom... Det var til og med svimerker i gardinene og vi syntes det var lite kjekt å ikke bli trodd eller tatt på alvor i forhold til dette. Etter litt om og men fikk vi et rom med to steinharde enkeltsenger. Jeg likte hotellet veldig godt! De har veldig god service der. Noe negativt er at man må betale 14 euro for boblebad og badstue, dette burde vært med i prisen. Det sto ikke at det kostet noe på expedias hjemmeside, men det gjorde det altså. Ellers er jeg veldig fornøyd.

For denne prisen er dette et fint alternativ hvis man skal til Riga. God service, og ingenting å si på maten eller standarden på rommene. Vegg i vegg ligger en god restaurant, noe som er praktisk dersom man ikke ønsker å gå innover mot sentrum.

Стандартный отель 4 звезды. К номерам, чистоте, обслуживанию на рецепшене и завтраку нет. Все ок. Но! Будьте готовы к тому, что утром, когда вы нежитесь в кровати и наслаждаетесь последними часами сна, к вам в номер с 9 до 10 нагло вломится горничная! Причем сначала вломится, а потом постучится!!! Далее следуют слова "Сорри" и хлопанье дверью. Если […] в первый раз мы все списали на стечение обстоятельств, то ко второму пришествию мы приготовились обстоятельно, повесив на ручку двери умоляющее "Не беспокоить". Ретивая работница отеля в упор ничего не замечала, и картина повторилась. Я понимаю, что в отеле много номеров, но это не значит, что гостям надо мешать и уборку номеров производить с 9 утра, когда гости идут на завтрак и коридоры запружены тележками, мимо которых с трудом протискиваются отдыхающие. Вообще удивительный отель. На рецепшене с вас обязательно попросят копию пспорта и номер кредитки, если вы невзначай унесете что либо из мини-бара. Больше не остановлюсь там и никому не посоветую.
