The Bel Air Hotel is located in Recoleta, Buenos Aires, Argentina
The last guest rated this hotel as 5.0/10 on March 12, 2008
"Outstanding hotel."
This hotel exceeded our expectations. Although it was small, it was quite luxurious.
Silence surrounds this neighborhood’s main attraction: the Recoleta Cemetery. Many famous Argentines are buried here, including Eva Perón, the first lady whose life and ambition are dramatized in the musical Evita. Recoleta’s villas once housed the city’s elite. Today, embassies and galleries reside in the grand buildings. La Biela sidewalk café is a protected landmark popular for people watching.

This is a very nice boutique hotel right in the Recoleta Area on a quiet street. It is a central location making it easy to get to many different location in Buenos Aires. It is not a large hotel and does not have a work out facility etc, everthing was clean, the staff was polite, nice, and helpful (the front desk staff did speak English), and they have a cozy bar in the lobby.

The Hotel Bel Air is a really nice hotel in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend that you upgrade to a suite as I read that the regular rooms are on the smallish side! I upgraded and had a nice balcony and bathrobe! It's the little things! There was a very nice buffet breakfasat. I was traveling alone and felt extremely safe here, especially because there is a security guard. Front desk staff are extremely responsive to your needs. I used to live on New York's City Upper East Side and it felt like being there in this neighborhood. It's really lovely!
