Overall it was very good. Parking was included with the room, but many times the parking lot was full due to the resturants. Everyday, I was worried if I was going to have a parking spot or not.

We arrived around 8 pm and the desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with our reservation, but he had already taken care of it before we got there and had another room ready for us. He even came up and made up the sofa bed for our kids! We had a cocktail in the lounge before heading to bed. The entire staff was very friendly and all spoke English very well. The breakfast was amazing. A large variety of all kinds of food. Something for everyone! We chose this hotel because of the location. It was about 20 minutes to downtown Stuttgart! We were only there one night, but wished we could have stayed another. Thanks for a great experience!

I would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and they serve a wonderful breakfast too!!

Remodeled bath with tile floor, tile wainscot and granite counters. Easy check-in. Computer with internet in lobby. Underground parking for a few spaces. Typical and tasty German (continental) breakfast to include eggs, breads/jams, cold meats, cheese, yogurts and cereal. Very, close to Caracella and Friederichsbad, two minute walk and in the middle of shops and dining. Helpful staff.

Area attractions around Hotel zum Hirsch include Freudenstadt Golf Club. Additional regional attractions include Marktplatz.

"wonderful"
My daughter and I stayed here and were very pleased. The staff were courteous and helpful even with our ability to speak only English. The room was lovely and CLEAN. I recommend this highly to any wanting to see the charm and hospitality of Germany.

Everything was great for us. The Lady at the hotel did say to us that people always want the cheapest room when booking on line and therefore you are always put on the top floor, however we changed our room to the first floor with a balcony, we never book on line for the price we do this because it is much easier.
