We rented a four bedroom villa at a bargain rate. We stayed in the F villa. Beautiful scenery, private pool, free breakfast, separate kitchen room, and air conditioned rooms. Highly recommended. Your money goes a long way at this hotel. So many amenities and free shuttle services.

Stingy with breakfast. No bacon no fresh milk at cafe. Was told that only for villa breakfast dine in then there are bacons, so 2nd day forced to order breakfast to villa. Miserable bacon given abt 3 pieces each pax. Limited seats for shuttle bus service. Water pressure is bad. half way showering, no water.

Arrived at 0230hrs in the morning and were promptly checked in although we had to pay for an extra night as check in was only at the standard 1400hrs. The villa was lovely and private. The kitchen was a bit tired and the coffee/tea wasn't replenished after the 1st day. It's a 10 minute downhill walk to Jimbaran Bay and the seafood restaurants. We walked […] in the evening for dinner and arranged for the hotel shuttle to pick us up so it worked well. Overall, it was a relaxing holiday, the staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating. Our flight out was late at night and we weren't able to get an extended check out time due to the hotel being fully booked. Not too big an issue as they kept our bags safe and provided us with a free shuttle to and from Kuta for the day but it would have been nice to be able to have a shower before going to the airport. We could have stayed forever at Pat Mase - the villa was gorgeous, completely private and just the best place to relax. We had a private plunge pool and a large shared pool, and each afternoon a lovely breeze came through, it was gorgeous. The food was good and the staff friendly. It is in a location of contrasts - extreme poverty just down the road […] - but that's Bali. We felt safe walking around the area, it is about a ten minute walk to Jimbaran beach. It was great! 5 mins from Jimbaran beach and bunches of restaurants. Our villa was big, beautiful and we had our own private pool which was great! The food was pretty good too and it was lovely to have a hot cooked breakfast brought to our villa each morning. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.

Very Beautiful and luxurious villas. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The private pools are good and well-maintained... My villa was even connected to the main swimming pool of hotel, which was an additional advantage... Seperate dining area, couches with a big flat screen TV and a kitchen.. Though the staff is very very helpful, language becomes a barrier at times.. still I woiuld stay they took good care of all our requirements... and were always ready to help... Jimbaran as an area doesn't have a lot to offer in terms of night life... So people who are looking for clubbing then a place near Kuta / Semniyak would be more suitable... Service was wonderful, food was excellent and staff were very friendly. We had a 4 bedroom villa, nicely set out however we had the following issues which I feel people should know before choosing to stay. The pool in our villa was very shallow, I am 5ft 5 and it was not even to my waist so we had to use the central pool in our cluster of villa's to […] be able to have a decent swim. The electricity went off several times, although it was always fixed quite quickly. The lounge area furniture was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was poor in more than one of the bedroom ensuites and on the morning of our departure we had to have cold showers as the water had not heated up for some reason. The toilet in my daughters bathroom stopped flushing. We were in a villa B8 and our bedroom was next to a back road that had a small village so every morning we were woken really early by a rooster, followed by people talking quite loudly, dogs barking and children playing and screaming. A holiday to me is all about losing the routine and sleeping in until I wake up and unfortunately I was being woken up earlier than I would normally get up for work. It is a shame because I can see how beautiful these villa's would have been at one time and I feel that they are in desparate need of some TLC. The price was good however for what we received. We enjoyed our stay but I wish someone had mentioned the pool being so shallow in one of their reviews, I also read reviews that mentioned the electricity and plumbing problems but thought they would have been sorted by the time we stayed there. I hope that the owner reads this review and decides to put a bit of work into fixing the issues as it does prevent people from wanting to stay there again. The staff were wonderful and its a shame that we experienced the problems that we did as I would have stayed there again based on the staff and service that we received but not on the problems that we encountered. I booked a 3 Bedroom villa with private pool. Room - All the bedroom come with ensuite bathroom. However the 1 edge of the bathtub in master bedroom rusted and we didn't use it at all. Furniture looks old but usable. The safe box inside master bedroom is not working. We called the operation line and the guy came and fixed it in less than 5 mins, which […] is good however after he left we found the safe box is not working again. In the end we didn't use the safe box but it doesn't bother us much. Breakfast - OK. The serve the breakfast on time. American breakfast taste better than Indonesia breakfast. The surroundings of the villa looks clean. and not much insect as I expected.. Good. Service - Not much personal touch but the staff is friendly and they answer to what you need. Free wifi only available in lobby. Our room is not able to detect the signal. However the website stated free wifi in all villa. Regarding privacy, I agree with the rest of the reviews that privacy might not exist. The living room is connected to a walk path which lead you to a big pool that share by the rest of the villa. There's no door or gate along the walk path to the main pool. So anyone can actually walk to other villa freely. But thru out our stay, we didn't encounter that. Location of the villa - We don't have much problem as we hired driver to drive us around. There's no shops/rest around the villa but we are fine with the price we paid. Drive distance from airport is about 20mins. Overall, I find Pat Mase Villa is good place to stay if you want to stay in villa with own private pool but not willing to pay much. Отель расположен не на […] берегу, но предоставляется трансфер до пляжа и обратно в определенные часы. Лежаков отеля на пляже нет. Есть так же трансфер до Куты, три раза в день.. В шаговой доступности от отеля ни чего нет, так что надо пользоваться услугами такси или трансфером отеля. В общем отдых на виллах замечательный, романтичный и мы вернемся в Pat Mase. Read more

両親と弟家族と自分の家族とこのヴィラを3泊利用しました。ロケーションが良いし、とても綺麗な広い4つの部屋でした。プライベートプールもあって、子供は大喜びでした。 全体的にとてもいい施設ですが、ルームサービスは改善出来ると思います。トイレットペーパー少なくなっていたのに、積極的に変えてくれなくてまたは予備が部屋に無くてちょっと残念でした。もう少し細かいところに目が届けばより良いと思います。

很私密的環境，也很寬敞。只是mansion裡的living room和bed room有點距離，在生活上顯得不是特別方便。而廚房也有一點異味，house keeper在餐盤和桌椅方面的清潔好像也不夠仔細，這和酒店的星級不夠match。bed room的插座顯得少了一點，charge有點不夠充電的地方。不過早餐很棒。還有一點遺憾，酒店的shuttle bus有timetable，不夠頻繁，有點不能滿足住客到沙灘的需求，這樣讓住客變得很被動，大概酒店是因為mansion的數量其實並不多的緣故才作此決策，但是當住客真正使用上確實有所不便。建議取消timetable，可以anytime的供住客使用（至少是白天），畢竟大家并不會太集中的在一個時間點出發。所以在這點上我也沒有真正享受過免費的shuttle […] bus 服務。離機場算近，20分鐘內就可以到達，但因為酒店處於半山腰的位置，在夜間，酒店的位置就顯得有點偏僻和不便了。 Read more
