Plus side... quiet part of town, awesome restaurant, and very clean. Minus side... You have to take a bus if you want to go downtown. Far from nightlife and city restaurants. No bellman to help you with your bags. Awkward lift you have to use to bring your bags to the front desk... lots of stairs to navigate.

Great for business travelers based on its location. It is about a 1 mile walk from City center to this hotel so it is a little difficult to get into downtown Copenhagen. There is a canal tour boat stop near by which is nice but the last one is around 5 so it's not good for getting back at night. Overall, the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The hotel has a steam bath which was a nice surprise and a decent gym. The Internet was great. The only down fall is the location, it is a little far from the city center and other tourist attractions.

awkward location. Taxi's had to u-turn in front of hotel to get out because it is on dead end street. Had to take a taxi and could not walk to buses or train. This is a very new hotel, and a very good value for a four star in Copenhagen. The location, however, is far from ideal for tourism, and it is also not known by most people in the city, so make sure you have your directions ready to get there (especially if taking the train from the airport).

Nice hotel with a convenient location. One unpleasant surprise, the third rate breakfast buffet that appears to be included (they just jot down your room number) is an aditional 150DK per person or about $25.00US!

The staff are all really helpful - and breakfast was excellent - be sure and try the Danish pastries as they are the real deal. A little outside of downtown, either one train stop or about a 20 minute walk away. Short walk to a nice mall. This was a real bargain when you compare the comforts with the price. You are a little removed from downtown but the train station is a five minute walk and the 1A bus is only a couple of minutes farther away. Don't discount using busses in Copenhagen - you can transfer between train and bus at no cost within 1 hour. I have stayed here several times. It is convenient to where I have to go, but it is not well located for the centre of town or any of the tourist areas, or indeed metro or above ground rail. It is basic but comfortable, small rooms, decent restaurant, adequate business centre and exercise room, and generally efficient and well run (their bikes are an […] exception, they are a little tired). And usually economical, because it seems to have a lot of deals. I like it, but the main issue for sightseeing is that it is definitely off the beaten track and you have to be prepared for a lot of walking or cabbing to get around (or you can hire their bikes). Nice location on the water - nice walking area. Staff very friendly and courteous, rooms very clean, nice little bar overlooking the water and food was good. Easy stroll to the meat packing district - great restaurants there. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location was great. But our room was very small. Hotel it self was not very accessible from the train station and had to carry all our bags down a big set of stairs as there were no lifts. Hotel restaurant service was very poor. We waited 20 min to order our food and another 45 min for our food to be served. On the last night of our stay, there were extremely severe thunderstorms that caused damage throughout the city, including to the hotel. Two of the three elevators were out of service and there was water in the lobby. Many of the rooms in the hotel, including ours, were flooded during the course of the storm. The rain blew in through the doors to the […] balcony that were closed tightly. To their credit, the hotel offered to move us to a different property since there were no other rooms availalble in the hotel to move us to. We had laid out wet clothes all over the room and decided to stay rather than move at that point since we were leaving the next day. The rooms are not large and there is not a logical spots for two pieces of luggage. But the room was quiet and comfortable. Read more

We found the hotel decor very tasteful and modern. Close to subwsy though if wslking, it is 20 mins to the city centet. It was warm (july) and the A/c did not quite do the trick. Food was a bit pricey but overall it was a very nice hotel.

It is right next to a shopping mall with all kinds of restaurants and a bakery for breakfast. 30 minute walk to the central train station which is right across the street from Tivoli.
