      Been staying here for years. Great staff. Minor note - no electrical outlet at the desk - make sure you have a long enough power cord to reach the single outlet in the room (typically 5-10 feet from the desk).

      Very impressed with this hotel. I prefer it to other hotels in the area rated with 4 stars. Upon entry you immediately feel that the lobby, bar area, and restaurant are a step above the other hotels in the area. The exercise room and spa are a definite plus - quite unusual for European hotels of this type. Only complaint was that there was not internet access available in the rooms during my stay. It was not a problem, because there was complimentary internet access in the public areas, which worked well. But this did seem like a shortcoming. They should correct that.

    L' Albereta ist ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Hotel in den Weinbergen von Franciacorta gelegen. Das Personal ist hervorragend geschult. Das Restaurant von G. Marchesi ein Erlebnis (preislich sehr hohes Niveau). Nachteil: Es gibt nur das Gourmetrestaurant. Es müsste noch ein "einfacheres" Restaurant geben. Das Wellnessangebot von Henri Chenot wird […] sehr stark genutzt. Es laufen sehr viele Personen mit Badmänteln durch die Gänge und manche sitzen gar mit diesem im Frühstücksraum -- das ist für ein Hotel auf diesem Niveau abstossend.
