A very nice, quiet, smaller hotel in a great location for restaurants and transport. While the room was small it was attractive, clean and comfortable, with a window overlooking the street, free Wi-Fi, and served as an excellent base for exploring Paris.

Great hotel and location. This is not the typical corporate chain hotel that dots the Paris landscape, but a nice boutique hotel with freindly staff and a great, quiet location in Montmartre. The Blanche metro stop is 150 yards away and from there we could be anywhere in Paris within 15 minutes. This is an unassuming small hotel on a side street in the Montmartre district of Paris. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was immaculate and larger than we had been led to believe. Our room was very quiet with no hint of street noise. I only wish the TV had had more than just news channels in English.

While it is a bit removed from the rest of the city (though near a few metro stops) it is surrounded by the quaint charm and slightly less touristy vibe of Montmartre. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay in Paris largely because Le Relais Montmartre hotel was perfect for our needs. Our room (#105) overlooked the interior courtyard so had lots of natural light without street noise and was very quiet and comfortable. With WI-FI, a small fridge, adequate floor space and a newly redone bathroom it exceeded […] expectations formed by reading many other reviews of Paris hotels beforehand. We had daily dealings with the various members of the front desk staff who without fail were kind and supportive of our numerous requests for information (where is a pharmacy, where can I buy an electrical wall plug adapter, where is the nearest supermarket, etc) and for services (cutlery to take on our picnic to Sacre-Coeur Basilica, ordering a taxi to the airport, etc). Within two city blocks of the hotel are Blanche Metro station, Moulin-Rouge showhall, laundro-mats, coffee shops, bakeries, cheese shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, fruit stands, wine shops, butchers, gift shops and a plethora of other outlets that attract a intriquing and amusing stream of locals and tourists alike. While we ventured out by foot and Metro to most of the major tourist attractions in Paris the highlights of our trip were the time spent in and within a few hundred metres of our hotel room and the slightly longer hike up to Sacre-Coeur... merci beaucoup Le Relais Montmartre! Quiet street off Rue Lepic. Handy for Sacre Coeur, Montmartre bars, restaurants and Moulin Rouge. Blanche metro station 3 stops from La Chapelle metro ( short walk from Gare du Nord ) and direct route to Arc de Triomph with connection for main tourist sites in central Paris. Tour Bus stops next to metro station. Took breakfast in the hotel each morning […] although we didn't book it in advance. It was varied, eat as much as you like and good value given prices of local cafes. Happy for us to leave luggage with them after checkout and collect later that evening to catch Eurostar. Fantastic little hotel in a small side street round the corner from the Moulin Rouge. You are in the heart of Monmartre with all its wonderful cafes, restaurants and shops. The breakfasts were excellent and had everything we wanted to eat and drink including freshly squeezed orange juice. A delightful, small hotel in a very good situation- 10 minutes walk to Sacre Coeur an 4 metro stops to Gare du Nord where we arrived on Eurostar. The rooms, breakfast and courtyard are all lovely but what makes the hotel fantastic is the staff, welcoming and very helpful. I wouln't consider staying anywhere else in Paris.

The hotel staff were friendly with someone always available to answer questions or give advise on places to visit. It is located on a side street off the Rue Lepic which is great for the variety of small shops providing plenty of choice for food for a picnic. When we arrived late Friday evening in the hotel, we were put into room 004 which is ground-floor, directly facing the very small rue constance (the windows you see right from the hotel enty when you take a google street view walk). there are wooden panels to safely close and shield the window but opening the window behind the shield (Klappläden) will […] let noise and and smell from the street into the room. As we are sort of open-window-guys we were not overly happy. We asked the very friendly night portier for another room but hotel was fully booked. The bigger was our surprise when we came back Saturday evening and found all our luggage nicely and properly moved into a room on the 4th floor which was far better. So ... very nice surprise, very friendly service, excellent room for the second (and last) night. We did not try breakfast because served in a cave without day light ... we need day light for breakfast. Rue Constance is a pretty quiet small street; excellently situated. 30 Seconds walk to Rue Lepic with Brasseries, shops, and "Fabelhafte Welt der Amelie" coffee store, 3 minutes to métro "Blanche", 5 minutes to métro "Pigalle", 3 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, 10 minutes walk to Sacré Coeur or Montmarte cemetry. Next time in Paris, we will stay there again, and make sure up front we will not have a ground floor street facing room. Once again thanks au portier de nuit! Read more

The hotel staff were all excellent especially Vincent, and my partner and I had our room upgraded to the superior room in recognition of his birthday. The hotel is situated in a quiet street in Montmartre and you therefore have no noise. This is an EXCELLENT hotel.
