We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

A bus from the airport leaves you 50m from the hotel (and viceversa)... and with another bus you can reach the center of Palma in a few minutes. Really PERFECT located. La atencion fue excelente, pero la habitacion no tenia television, la luz del lavabo no funciono la mitad de los dias, las paredes eran demaciado finas (se escuchaba hasta la respiracion de los vecinos) y ni hablar de la vejez general de las instalaciones, el agua caliente la tuvimos recien el ultimo dia y la tapa del lavabo habia que sostenerla mientras […] se usaba porque estaba mal hubicado el water... An der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich, auch wenn man Probleme hatte, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Da wir mit 5 Frauen am Ballermann unterwegs waren und eine günstige Unterkunft suchten, war das Hotel vollkommen okay. Gute Lage .... Aber mehr leider nicht. Rostige Dusche, Schimmel neben dem Bett, Matratzen total durchgelegen. Essen haben wir nicht getestet. Angeblich 3 Sterne, aber in Wirklichkeit hängt nur einer am Hotel.

Das Badezimmer kann man sich nur im vollem Kopf antun (dreckig),das komplette Zimmer hätte mal eine Renovierung nötig ( alles Alt und dreckig muss man erst selber mal Reinigen), Fenster und Vorhänge lassen sich nur schwer öffnen wenn man Glück hat, der Duschvorhang sieht so aus als wäre er noch nie gereinigt worden.

Personalet var rigtig flinke, men værelsernes stand var meget ringe. Der var ikke aircon på værelset, hvilket betyder meget, når der er over 30 grader uden for. Derudover var badeværelset ikke så pænt - toilettet ville kun skylle ud hver 2. gang og afløbet ved bruseren virkede ikke så godt. Hotellet ligger til gengæld tæt på vandet, men lige over for […] en restaurant, som har længe åbent, så der var en del støj.. især fordi, man jo ikke kunne sove med lukkede vinduer pga varmen. Hotellet er meget slidt og dårligt vedligeholdt, og man kan høre alt hvad der bliver sagt ude på gangen. Vi skulle blot bruge et værelse til at sove og et bad, og til prisen er fint. Der bliver gjort rent hver dag, og man får nye håndklæder. De snakker meget dårligt engelsk i receptionen, og især den ældre herre, som ikke en gang kan værelsesnumrene […] - det var ret irriterende at man hver gang skulle bruge lang tid på at forklare nummeret. Morgenmaden er ikke noget specielt, og grøntsagerne er ret kedelige - men man bliver okay mæt. Hele området - og hotellet - er meget præget af hollændere og tyskere. Specielt hollændere er meget larmene, og den første nat var vi tæt på at skifte hotel pga. råb, høj musik og løb på gangene hele natten - selvom man ifølge hotellets regler skulle være stille kl. 23.00. Dette gjorde de dog intet ved i receptionen. Da vi ankom havde vi ingen havestole, og da vi spurgte dem, fik vi udleveret et par taburetter - ikke tilfredsstillende. En dag havde rengøringsdamen glemt at give os nye håndklæder, og da vi opdagede dette gik vi straks ned i receptionen. Han kunne dog intet gøre, sagde han, da han ikke havde nogle nøgler og vi måtte vente til dagen efter. Det kan ikke være rigtigt - han må ringe rundt eller forsøge at gøre noget, i stedet for bare at sidde og sige han intet kan gøre. Alt i alt et dårligt hotel, som er slidt og larmene, men billigt. Das Hotel war nicht schön anzusehen, alte Matratzen, alles veraltet ,verrostet und zerstört. Die einzige freundliche Person war die Frau an der Rezeption. Personale fantastico. Bagni un po' vecchi ma funzionanti, forniti solo di asciugamani, quindi tutto il resto è da comprare in loco. Nelle camere NON C'E' LA TELEVISIONE. Pulizia un po' spartana. Colazione abbondante ed adatta allo standard dell'albergo. Per chi non vuole spendere molto è l'ideale.

Il posto e' veramente molto bello, il mare e' limpidissimo e la spiaggia pulita. La sera e' animata dagli innumerevoli locali, pub, ristoranti e discoteche. La paella e' uno spettacolo soprattutto se accompagnata da fresca sangria! Ci siamo divertiti tanto e ci siamo goduti il mare. Hòtel situè près des commerces, des bus, des restos.........mais les chambres sont trop petites et pas èquipèes de climatisation. Il fait horriblement chaud. Les escaliers sont très difficiles à monter pour les personnes àgèes et celles qui ont les jambes lourdes ! Ça coince pour les gros et les grosses. Les èlèments de la salle de bain bougent beaucoup […] (cassès ou abìmès). Le prix très attractif est justifiè ça c`est sùr ! Il règne aussi une ambiance de sauvages (des jeunes qui hurlent, qui dansent et chantent dès 2h à 5h du matin.)... UN TAPAGE INFERNAL. Wenn ihr euch hauptsächlich in den einschlägigen Etablissements so richtig zuschütten wollt und die Nächte zum Tag macht, dann ist ein Zimmer im Salpi i.O., um die Koffer abzustellen und vielleicht 2 - 3 Stunden zu ruhen. Frühstück kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, aber dem Zustand des Frühstücksraumes nach zu urteilen, kann das nix dolles sein. Die […] Lage in Höhe Ballermann 2 ist ok, zum Megapark sind es etwas 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal und insb. die Chefin sind sehr nett und sprechen etwas deutsch. Achtung beim morgendlichen Klogang: nicht zu viel Ballast in die Schüssel legen, denn die Spülung schafft das nicht! Zudem ist nachspülen nicht drin, denn es braucht rund 4 Stunden, bis der Spülkasten wieder voll gelaufen ist. Wie gesagt, zum kfr. Aufenthalt aG günstigem Preis und Lage geeignet. Read more
