Hubby and I were on the Gold Coast for 5 days, we stayed at Vibe, Raddison and the Crowne Plaza. We moved around due to rates and some trips so kept ending up back on the coast. Our last night was at the Crowne Plaza and we wished all of our nights were there. The hotel has been remodelled and has fantastic clean, spacious and modern rooms which is always principle concern for me. The location is a bit out of the heart of Surfers which is a good thing and the staff were very very helpful. Our room even had a view of the ocean from the bed and we didn't pay for an upgrade or anything. After being at 3 other hotels plus seeing inside a few others I can honestly say book here you won't be disappointed!

It is not a five star accommodation by all means. The cooling for the bedroom was not very good. The shower doesn’t drain water properly. The bathroom is smelly since there is no exhaust fan. staff very helpful , secure underground parking, all entrance doors and lifts will not work unless you you swipe your key card, just a short walk to the local shops and restaurants, all apartments look over the beach , only about 20 to 25min lazy walk to the cebtre of surfers , also they have 2 great pools [indoor and out]

The hotel is nicely situtaed just outside Surfer's Paradise and ideal for the theme parks. The kids enjoyed the pool, the rooms were clean and well maintained. Exactly what you woudl expect at this price range.

Could not have faulted any aspect of our stay. We arrived at Gold Coast at 10:00am with unwell 2 year old. The ladies at reception asked housekeeping to prioritise the prep of the room and we were in by 11:30am. All facilities were well kept and available. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was on the 14th floor, was spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids and […] had an outstanding view. 2 mins drive to Surfers, two mins in the other direction to Seaworld. Open, spacious apartment with great outlook over the coastline. Great location on Gold Coast with plenty of family facilities to cover all age groups. Highly recommended.

This beautiful hotel offers a opulent stay for the family that was at a reasonable rate. I found the surrounding area, with it's cafe's and bars fantastic and the beach (despite the dodgy weather we experienced) fantastic. Highly recommended. You'll love it!!!!
