Staff is very friendly. I think the service and cleanness of the room were exceptional. Other than one minor hang up when we first checked in were given a dirty room which I believe was just a mix up between housekeeping and the front desk but the problem was immediately fixed. They even had a continental breakfast which was just as good as one that […] I have had at more expensive hotels. I did find it a little hard to locate at first because I was not familiar with the area but once I realized that it was behind another hotel it was easy to find after that and I thought it was great how close it is to the highway and close the the grapevine mall. I did not get any sleep at all, because of the trafficking that was going on next door to me. There were people all night coming and going next door, and when i told the person at the front desk, he said he is sorry? You would think he would have given me another free night. Very dissapointed.

One of the worst places I stayed at the room they have us had mold on the ceiling. Stains on the pillow and sheets. The sink and toilet seat had yellow stains (I wonder what it resulted from). We were first checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned (dead roach on floor, beer cans everywhere and TV blasting). Upon entering a different room it wasn't bad, reminding me of dorm rooms from college (fridge on the floor, TV placed on top of closet unit, no iron or hairdryer). Overall, you get what you pay for - a bed and a shower. That said, […] our bedspread had cigarette burns on it and the showerhead leaked OUTSIDE of the shower. My boyfriend had to duct tape it to get it to stay in place and stop leaking. We were placed in a handicap room and it appeared clean but as 1/2 the rooms allow smoking, a lot of the linens smell like smoke - even in the nonsmoking section of the hotel. Oh, and walls are paper thin!! We could hear guy snoring in next room and entire conversations. If you just need a bed and shower and are on a tight budget - it's DOABLE, but may be worth a few more bucks to stay somewhere down the street. Read more

The room was not even ready when we got there we had to wait 1 1/2 hours longer to get into our room & it was not clean. The breakfast they served was not what they advertised & it was not clean in the cooking room the customer had to do the cooking & there was trash everywhere in there.

Toilet seat was broken...did not flush properly. The breakfast was very puny, with nothing that a diabetic could eat. How about some unsweetened cereal? Personnel were very friendly and helpful. It served its purpose, I guess.

I didn't expect greatness from this hotel by any means. I knew I was going to a cheap hotel. However, even with all the cheap "crack" hotels I've stayed at in my life this was the worst. My room had cracks and patches all over. There were several spots with paint missing completely. The heat/ac looked corroded...and was missing done parts and barely […] working. Several hairs in the shower when I went to take a shower. 1 towel, hand towel and wash rag for two adults. No clock/alarm. The sheet had a couple of sticky spots that were dirty...like when you take a sticker off of something and its still sticky and over time it gets dirty...that's exactly what it seemed like. I hope you read reviews before you book this room. I didnt and wish I had. Our bathroom hadn't even been cleaned. Went to use the restroom to find pee and poop still in the toilet. I was afraid to use the shower but after using saw a message someone had written on the mirror. That also told me the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. There is dirt all over […] the walls. Trash hadnt even been taken out. I think all they did was change the bedding and left the room. After looking at all the past reviews they are right when they say the hallways are just hot. I don't think they want to keep there customers happy at all. I wish I had taken pictures to show you. Dont let the outside of the place fool you. Its just Nasty Nasty Nasty! The only reason I didn't put negative 5 stars is because it doesn't allow. Very dirty, broken light fixtures and plugs. Stained towels. Nonexistent breakfast, said continental. There was no microwave in breakfast room and they only served frozen pancake on a stick or frozen donut. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

I booked this hotel as a place to stay on my way from point A to point B. It was a simple room, but it had everything I needed, and it was clean. The people at the front desk were helpful. Awful, Awful hotel. Completely dirty, i feel like they havent cleaned at all in the past six months +. I took various photos of many bugs and crickets laying dead, completely dried out on the carpets and staircase. It was repulsive. My a/c unit was broken and the entire face was ripped off. There was a hole that was poorly patched up in the door. There […] was a large hair in the shower when I was about to go in. The list goes on and on, and every one of these complaints is documented with a photograph. The bottom line - stay away. and choose expedia. There isn't enough space to list all the problems with this hotel, but here goes. Air was completely turned off in room and it was 105 outside and took 3 hrs to get room even semi-cool; frig didn't work; hole in wall with wires coming out; uncomfortable bed. Also, went to front desk and after ringing bell multiple times desk clerk came from next room […] and it was obvious had been asleep! This happened twice in a 2 hr period! Security issue as well - all the receipts with credit card info, names and addresses were out in the open in a pile next to the computer. No excuse for leaving customers personal information out for anyone to see. Please avoid this dump and spend the extra $20 and go to the Hampton Inn next door. Read more

It wasn't bad, or didn't smell or anything. But I had my 10year old daughter with me and they set us up in a room where the air conditioning did not work. Around 2 am I finally went to the office and they set me and my daughter up in a room that had great air. So, not a horrible experience but I just wish I got more sleep. Overall..we couldnt really expect more then what we paid for. However, not only werr the beds extremely hard (and I like firm), the continental nreakfast consisted of waffles and toast. When I got up at 830 for breakfast, there was none left. There are no sign posted in the room as to what time breakfast is served. Also, the coke machine was empty. […] When asked if it was going to be refilled, we were told it would ne latet in the evening, that didnt happen either. Granted, these things are a plus with any hotel you stay at but if they are going to advertise these things, the least they could do is have ample supply for yhe number of guests they have or have things stocked for use. Besides the urine/Mold smell as you walk in the hall. Everything else was tolerable. Cigarette burns in both comforters (non-smoking room) Mildew on the fridge, I decided not to Iron my shirt after the Iron they gave me would only do more damage than good.
