The rooms are very comfortable, clean, the hotel staff are friendly and always available. The breakfast is good and abundant. The only drawback I'd have to say is that the wifi in the room is chargeable.

Hotel is very convenient to international airport, a bit of walking in enclosed passageways or they have their own golf carts to shuttle you back & forth. Located some distance from the city, but there is an Ekspress (sic) train that leaves regularly from airport terminal to Sentral (sic) station in downtown KL. Nice room, contemporary and well maintained, bed a little stiff for me; nice big bath with tub & large separate shower stall. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast buffet, US, European, Chinese and local flavors (no pork, this is a Muslim country).

Location.
Situated in Subang Jaya, Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel is in a state/national park and close to Subang Parade, Sunway Pyramid Mall, and Empire Shopping Gallery. Also nearby are Sunway Lagoon Theme Park and Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre.

"Poor Location"
There are not many choices near KLIA and staying in KL is a long way. We thought Subang was closer to the airport, but is about 40 minutes by taxi. Nothing to do near the hotel, although the big adventure mall is a short taxi ride. Not a good overnight choice, but OK if you have a day and want to do something other than go into the main city of KL, […] which is still about 30 minutes by taxi or you can catch the train. "Location is nearby the subang airport"
The location is just 10 mins far from the hotel to the subang airport. It is a good selection if the tourist will travel to the subang airport. The service & facilities overall is good. But I have book & pay the hotel with a breakfast, but when I check in the hotel staff told me I have no breakfast include. It's not reasonable & make me not happy.

"Bell Boy The First Person to Greet Guests"
I could noticed only 1 bell boy is stationed around the main entrance of the hotel which upon my arrival, we were not greeted by at all. We have to retrieve our bag and luggages ourself. In fact I have noticed an incident happened around 6.00pm the day we checked in when an elder lady was carrying loads of bags and fall when she triped on the carpet. […] The limo counter lady is around and attended to her immediately and have her on her feet. Then after , the limo lady went in to push the trolley and helped her to put all her stuffs on the trolley. The elderly lady's daughter witnessed the incident and showered her anger attitude when she put down her bags roughly and hardly. It's only after a 3 minutes event, a solo bell boy appeared! The main front carpark was full when we arrived due to a convocation events at the hotel and I believed the car park lots was taken up mostly by those whom attended the events. A sign of "FULL" was stationed at the entrance of the carpark. After observing the traffic for about 20 minutes, there is a few cars leaving the carpark and the sign is still standing tall. I exit from my car and confronted the reception about it. The reception called for the guard to go to check it out. And finally I have a lot to park. Should I have waited for the sign to be removed, I could see it will be an infinite wait! In fact, I was disappointed by this event that I would have to reconsidered my second stay should I have a business trip to Subang by the end of the year. Yeah, another incident happen, when we check out around 10am and found all the doorstep of all the rooms with morning paper. But where's our???? Is it that when guests check-out earlier that they were not given newspaper?? Well I dare to think it is. But is won't happen to other hotels. Reception staffs were very friendly and also efficient without much delay to check in. parking space for car was adequate considering the Ramadan crowds. Price is value for money through hotel.com booking. Will most likely use hotel the next time.

"Old facility but value for money"
Washroom, actually the whole guest room need renovation, stayed in this hotel early last year, and hoping for some improvement in this year, but nothing happened. So so breakfast, good range of food, but the quality is really average. Services were quite nice. Good value for money, at least during he period I stay.

このホテルで行われた国際会議に参加するため当ホテルに４泊しました．施設や部屋は新しくないですがよく清掃されてアメニティも十分でした．朝食のビュッフェも種類も豊富でおいしくいただけましたし，スタッフも親切な方ばかりでした． 立地は鉄道のスバンジャヤ駅から歩けない距離ではなかったですが，歩道があまり整備されていないため歩いていくのはお勧めしません．クアラルンプール駅や空港からはタクシーでのアクセスをお勧めします．Wifiは有料で１時間２５Ｒ，２４時間で６０Ｒかかります．
