This Gran Hyatt prides itself on being one of the best hotels in South America and so we found it to be. From the moment we arrived we were cherished.... nothing was too much of a problem and the hotel facilities and surroundings are very impressive. Lots of different places to eat - many of them with access to the luscious gardens; fine food beautifully cooked particularly at lunchtime; the most luxurious pool towels in the world and comfortable sun beds; very well equipped rooms, but no iron, presumably someone would do it for you, and a fabulous bathroom.
