Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. In a good and safe feeling part of town. If there was one thing I wish was better is that the bed was not very comfy but they did have nice shampoo and conditioner. I would go back again.

The room was very spacious and quiet. It would be a great place to stay especially if you're looking somewhere to stay for a week or more. There is even a kitchenette in the room. The air conditioner was not one of those window units and therefore didn't keep me up all night like in most hotels. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great- had all the conveniences of home except I didn't have to clean. Will definitely make this my place to stay when I visit the area again. Only complaint was it was a bit noisy- with dogs barking and music playing in the courtyard at 8am. Some people like to sleep in :-)

For the most part it was pleasant. The only issue we had was a mattress that had a deep hole in the middle(we kept rolling into the middle of it) making a goodnights sleep impossible.

The hotel is quite clean and easily accessed from I-66 in Manassas. Everything was great until the last night when we called to request more towels. After 90 minutes of waiting, I tried calling only to find that I only got a busy signal calling the front desk. Extremely professional and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Tub needs to be replaced or re-enamaled. Exercise room is too small; with five large pieces of exercise equipment in the room, I felt claustrophobic during my workout.

Outstanding value for family vacation to DC area. Two bedrooms, 3 flatscreen TVs, full kitchen, free parking, indoor pool, and free breakfast for 20% of the cost for similar space in DC. 30 - 40 minutes from downtown DC.

Nice staff, however while eaving my room saturday morning there was an ordor of smoke in the hallway, I made the staff aware, hours later still stunk, 8 hours later still stunk, They claimed to have found the person and charged them $250. We loved everything about this hotel except the staff at the front desk. Sometimes there wasn't anyone at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The cooking staff were very nice and helpful.

We were very surprised at the upkeeping of this hotel. We felt at home. Parking was very close to our room. We were also impressed with the basketball and tennis courts on site. The pool was the perfect size and the breakfast had a wide variety to chose from. Will definitely use this hotel again!

The Residence Inn was wonderful -Great breakfast buffett, clean room w/ a fridge microwave and dishwasher. Made me wish we were staying longer. The only downside was that the hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing because of this. The staff was very responsive and friendly. We will try to stay there again! Thanks.
