"Overall great experience"
I stayed recently for a work conference, and brought along my husband and infant son. Unfortunately they both got sick and were stuck in the hotel room, but we found that the entire complex had everything we all needed in order to survive. The crib given for my son was a pack and play, which most moms I know use and was very convenient. Housekeeping […] was very accommodating even though we were spread out everywhere. The only note was that the carpets were extremely dirty (my husband walked around in his socks and they were very dark by the end of the day. We didn't let our son play on the carpet). I love the choices of food available, and all the staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the stay despite all our personal setbacks. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Far from Strip"
I liked this place. I was there for a conference, but I would go back. If I were to bring kids to Vegas, I'd stay here. Lots of fun things to do at the resort. And far from the weirdos on the Strip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Rooms were great, fitness center was very nice, lots of amenities and activities on site. Only problem was the looooooong hallway to our room. We were at the very end of the hotel so it was a ridiculously long walk from our room to the elevator each time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect for a romantic getaway"
Beautiful casino and hotel. Close to the canyon if you like a day hike! Loved this place!Genuine Expedia guest review
It is away from town & hussel-bussel , but really great. Good restaurants, plenty of entertainment, and a really great staff. So much to do we will have to come back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Better than I expected. I will be back again."
The Red Rock is wonderful. I had a great stay there. The bathroom is huge and the tub was wonderful. I am 6"7" tall. I could fully submerge in the tub. That was awesome.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"So nice to be away from the Strip"
We have stayed at Red Rock Resort in Summerlin for the past 3 years, a week each time. Although gambling can be fun, our primary reason for staying here is because of it's close proximity to spectacular and easy hiking at Red Rock Canyon. It's location is also an easy launching point for drives to Death Valley, and Valley of Fire. If you need to feel […] the frantic pushing crowded sidewalks, heavy traffic, and Elvis at every corner carrying a yard long glass of ale, this is not the place to stay. The sky is bluer here and the air is fresher because it is well above the valley. The staff members are always happy to answer any questions. The pool complex is very accomodating. We never did the spa thing till we started staying at Red Rock. Now it's a very important part of finishing our hiking days. I also love the organic Frank Loyd Wright style architecture. It blends in beautifully with the surrounding sandstone mountains. We look forward to returning next year. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice, but some surprises"
The property is beautiful, but there were several experiences during our stay that were disapointing. The room doors slam themselves with a force similar to a watertight hatch on a submarine! When the adjacent room left, the door slammed so hard it rattled the pictures on our wall! One night there was a party at the pool and the music was so loud that […] we could hear it plainly on the 8th floor. Normally a room overlooking the pool would be nice, but no that night. Lastly, in this day and age, having to pay for Internet access is cheap and tacky. If McDonalds and Starbucks can provide free access, so can a luxury hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Excellent stay...will in future stay here away from the hustle and bustle of the strip!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"first stay off the strip"
It was a pleasure to stay in a wonderful hotel off the strip. We found the short distance away from the usual Vegas madness a refreshing change. The Red Rock provided our party everything desired without leaving the hotel and a shuttle when we craved more.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel, spa and casino in relaxed atmosphere."
Have been staying at Red Rock since first year and still enjoyable. Away from crowds but still has everything and more than other strip hotels. More relaxed setting that allows you to relax but still enjoy the casino games.Genuine Expedia guest review
Hotel is ok I dont like the fact that they charge you for parkingGenuine Hotels.com guest review
wonderfulGenuine Expedia guest review
I've stayed in this hotel several times. I have no complaints, other than the fact that it took over 40 minutes for the valet to bring our luggage to our room, so we were almost late for dinner reservations. Other than that, the service, rooms, and facilities were excellent as usual.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
we love Red Rock! The interiors are amazing and the spa is a great place to work out. The pool area is mellow...good music, good atmosphere. Yard House restaurant has amazing food...We love to stay here as it is off of the strip but still has all the atmosphere of the Vegas scene .Genuine Expedia guest review
I have heard of the Casino but never have been in summerline. It was an easy drive into the main strip and a very nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Staff was very pleasant in all areas from the valet to buffet. All in all a very pleasant experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"close but not too close"
We enjoyed our stay, but was disappointed that Red Rock was closed. The choices of slots was awesome! The food choices good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Easy Parking with access to room, pool and spa"
A couple problems with the room. The Wood Frame around the bed is a problem. Stubbed toe twice. Bathtub plumbing is a problem with the way the water enters the tub.Genuine Expedia guest review
Beautiful resort, affordable and wow! The bed and room was very comfortable. Food was great.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful Hotel, Great Place"
Hotel, Staff, accommodations, were all excellent. Will be on my agenda to return. Highly recommended!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good Base for Red Rock Climbing"
Red Rock is a very nice hotel and it's relatively easy to avoid the casino. There is no in room coffee which is a horrible idea IMHO, and they want $8 for morning coffee service. The faucets were coming out of the wall in the bathroom, but that really didn't bother us that much as the overall quality of the beds, shower and bathtub are fantastic. The […] folks who worked there were friendly and helpful and it was a great place to unwind and relax. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful Hotel, Spa and Casino"
From check-in to check-out it was a wonderful vacation. Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable, rooms, fantastic bathroom and comfortable beds. Casino is bright and clean. Staff was awesome. Overall I felt very welcomed and enjoyed by week long stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Awesome customer service."
The hotel was very convenient to the activities we were in Las Vegas for. Every employee we came in contact with offered us excellent service and always asked if there was more they could do for us ie: give us directions to our event. Our room was great with a wonderful view of the red rock mtns. The hotel was very clean and the amenities were very […] convenient. The best part was that they were personal using our names instead of room numbers. And always thanking us for being there. We will definitely go back and we have already recommended it to our family and friends. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Mostly good, but..."
Beautiful hotel, great views, nice restaurants, too bad about the pool. Maybe it's because it's the transitional season, but the pool experience was lacking. All of the adjustable lounge chairs had been put in storage for the winter, except for those reserved for the cabanas. Not one cabana was used in the two days we were there. Maybe it's because […] they are wedged pretty close to the 16 story hotel building, and the sun in late October doesn't reach them until 3:00 PM. So all the good pool furniture was unavailable, locked behind the velvet rope. The pool furniture that was available was nice, as long as you didn't want to read, eat, or lie on your stomach. Half of the lounge chairs were in the shallow water, which is okay for July. The pool bar was nice, had a couple of bartenders working but no poolside service. If you wanted a drink, you had to walk to the bar and order it and wait for it, and the bartender tacked on an 18% gratuity, kind of like being charged a mandatory service fee at Burger King. By the way, I hardly ever complain. There's a resort fee of $27.99 per night (and that's less than $28.00), which gets you free parking, wireless internet, use of the fitness center (pretty good facility), and a complimentary newspaper if you ask for it. There is no in-room coffee maker, have to go to the Starbucks, conveniently located near the elevator on the casino floor. Otherwise, it was a good stay, but we won't be back. "Better than expected"
This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in while visiting Las Vegas. I was a little disappointed about the resort fee until I stayed in the room. The beds were very nice and the bathroom was beautiful. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Vegas without a doubt.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"good place- price is high, but is nice"
Overall good experience. Clean room, nice staff. Far from strip, but we spent lots of time at Red Rocks and out in the desert. Valet parking was really good. Mini bar charged us, I showed photo that we did not touch it and they refunded it. Overall good if you dont want to be on strip.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Upscale Hotel. Lots of amenities."
The experience was very good. Pool is excellent. Room quality is great. Outside noise level in room is very minimal. The only draw-back is the resort fee. If that was removed the experience would be 5 stars for me. I give it a 4 and a half!!Genuine Expedia guest review
Property is absolutely beautiful! Extremely friendly staff, from the sentry at the door who walked us in, to the front desk staff, to the waiter who served our room service meal to even the housekeeping staff. Pool area is relaxing with lots of room to spread out. The sports book has comfortable seating and huge screens you can see from any seat. There's […] even a hot dog stand with views of the action. Our room (a standard king) was roomy and very clean, with a great shower. The bed was comfy and the room very quiet. Loved that the entry doors to the rooms are in alcoves, not just off the main hallway. All in all a very well thought out property, and we will definitely be back. "Word of caution"
Most hotels have an elevator in the middle and you have multiple hallways so you only have to walk past a handful of rooms to get to your room. This hotel has one hallway that does not meet on the other side so I had to walk my 92 year old mother past 155 hotel rooms to get to our room and not one chair in the hallway to stop and rest. It is so far […] to walk my sister had to hold my mom while I ran ahead to the room to get a chair so my mom could rest before she proceeded to the room. My mom was present at the desk when wee checked in so I went to the desk and complained and the clerk informed me the hotel always puts the discount guests in the rooms furthest from the elevator. I suggest you bring a bike. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Hotel geared to get more $ out of you."
Room was a long walk and small for the money. Space taken up with stuff they try to sell you (snacks, etc) and mini fridge. They call you about the spa and leave a message. Toilet kept clogging up. Disappointed for the expense. I expected more of a room and less when it came to selling stuff. Oh, and the TV was also geared to sell movies, and the free […] tv was hard to figure out. "Best Vegas hotel"
The Red Rock is the best secret of Vegas. It has all of the entertainment of any other hotel, but still has privacy. It is close to the strip and downtown. Great food and pool were sweet surprises. I would recommend this resort to anyone.Genuine Expedia guest review
The room was nice, not much of a view from my room. The television was not working and the towels were very thin, and only one robe. The room was very nice, would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My husband & I got away to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We enjoyed our stay at Red Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. The room was clean & the tub was deep & relaxing. Thank you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice hotel, not on the strip"
Very nice we never left. Very relaxing great pool. Not on the strip which is fine with me. We have family here so we visit every few years and have stayed at many hotels on the strip. This is far above most and the ride to the strip is not difficult. Loved it, very clean with many amenities. Wont stay anywhere else.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Red Rock casino and spa"
I arrived on a Sunday night and was warmly greeted out front and walked to registration. Upon check in, I was given what the desk said was a nice upgrade. They put me in an enormous room that must run thousands of dollars on the weekend so I felt like a high roller for sure! I hated to leave the next day!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Brilliant Stay- will be back"
This hotel was beautiful on every level. My favorite part was the pool with the loungers in the water. Music piped in was relaxing but not obtrusive. Fountain feature that came off and on was nice touch.I did mark it down for cleanliness, as after we woke up, we noticed a clipping of hair underneath the pillows. I did not report this to the front desk- […] we had already slept on it and were checking out that morning. Given the rest of the hotel, I imagine that was a huge aberration- not normal business. Just a note- the food court in the casino has an excellent Mexican restaurant- I got the best fish tacos for under $4. So, if you are looking for an inexpensive meal- there are choices. The hotel is quite a way from the strip, but there is a nice drive- Red Rocks, just 15 minutes away, where you really get to see the geological wonders. Pull offs and hiking areas (bring lots of water- very dry) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Stay Off Strip"
Lovely hotel, great casino, pool and spa were fantastic. Only disappointments were food (both room service and breakfast) was ok at best and there were issues with both tvs in my room. Great off-strip option close to beautiful Red Rock Canyon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Incredible hotel experience"
From the moment we arrived here to when we checked out our experience surpassed our expectations. Friendly staff, fantastic service, great rooms, amazing range of dining options & an awesome pool complex. You really do not need to leave this place as it has it all. "NIce not the best but nice...."
We stayed at Red Rock because we were out for a college football game. THe rooms are beautiful to look at however mine smelled of smoke. The beds are fairly comfortable I didn't think the blanket was very heavy so I was cold. I did like that you could monitor the temperature in your room and it did get as cold or warm as you liked. The pool was lovely […] however the cost of the drinks was ridiculous $16.00 for an ok bloody mary. The food was ok and the service was ok. WE ate lunch there every day and they werd quick to take your order I'm sure because they get a good tip however not very quick to pick up dirty cups or plates even after I asked 3 times they sat attracting flies for over 2 hours. The lay out of the hotel is nice it's easy to get around. The casino bar was great, they had a great musician every night. THey do charge you a "resort fee" while you're there I think it's like $26 extra a day. The day we were there they closed the pool at 3pm for a concert which really stunk because that's what we wanted to do was lay by the pool. The staff was not very apologetic or accommodating kind of like yep that's the way it is too bad for you..... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Would stay on the strip the next time"
I thought staying off the strip would be better but it wasn't. The shuttle was ok but where you wait at the fashion mall is on the side which was a little scary at night. Red rock canyon was ok but valley of fire was awesome.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great getaway off the strip"
This is my second time at the Red Rock and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is 5 stars, clean, comfy, spacious, and has everything you really need for a weekend getaway off the strip. There are several restaurant options, the pool was great, there aren't as many people, and the room is huge. The one drawback: it smells like smoke everywhere! Even […] in our non-smoking room. Did not like this. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
overall a nice hotel, not a 5 star anymore. there were many things in our room that needed repair. also, the food was not very good and was extremely expensive, i know vegas is pricey but our food was almost inedible. the pool area was nice but many of the pools were not in use because of a conference.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great staff, Great food, great pool, Love the placeGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel, Ridiculous Nightly Surcharge!"
Nice hotel, but I won't stay here again because of the ridiculous a nightly "resort fee." If you want to charge more a night, add it to the price of the hotel room per night, don't try to sneak it in via some fee! It should also be noted this hotel is about 20 minutes from the strip.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I love the bathtub"
Great soaking tub. Comfy bed. The spa is nice and is included in the resort fee.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
