    Nice hotel right next door to the "Red Mile" racetrack. The rooms are nice, but the air conditioning unit was so loud it kept us up all night. I had to shut the thing off to get a nights rest. Bed was a b it mushy too. Still, the stay was worth the time and efforts. Yes, I'd recommend the place for any horse fan out there.

    The stay was over all good, however i could tell we were put in a room that couples with children generally get put in. The color marks on the TV and decorative pictures gave that away. The sink plug didn't work right and kept closing on us. But for the most part it was a good stay. Pool was clean and felt great and the breakfast was awesome!

    I was particularly impressed, when I had to leave the hotel at 3:30 a.m., they had a cup of coffee and a to-go back with a bagle and yogurt in it for me. I felt very special and really appreciated the food a little later in the morning!!

    This is one of only a few hotels that are close to the Springfield airport. The Marriott is right next door, but I found the La Quinta to be sufficiently less expensive. After I checked in, I scheduled the shuttle, told them I would be gone 7 days, and then was told there was a charge of $7 a day.     Staff was great and very helpful as I had to return a rental car the night before. They came along and brought me back. Then to the airport in the early AM. I had to leave on the 5:30AM shuttle. Breakfast didn't start - officially- until 6. Staff provided a sack with yogurt, bagel, fruit, etc. Thanks

    Floors in our room were filthy...we had black feet after walking around for the evening. Indoor pool was a little on the cold side - kids didnt want to play in it for very long.

    everything went fine, we had breakfast ready early in the morning (before our shuttle to the airport) and the room was very comfortable. We will always stay there when travelling from that city.

    Worked on the recovery effort in Joplin, MO. I was dead dog tired when I arrived. Check in was seemless and room was ready and COOL! Very quiet, no noisy neighbors. Bed was quite comfortable. Very easy access from the highway. Will stay again and recommend to others.

    Hotel room was clean and up to par. The business center was extremely lacking with computer only. I needed scanning facilites and there were none to be had. The breakfast buffet was average. Same thing every day.
