SCHWARZER ADLER KITZBUHEL HOTEL - Kitzbuehel

We spent 3 nights on a mid-week ski trip. The rooms and breakfast were fine. The drive or bus to skiing in Jochberg, Kitzbühel, or Kaprun was convenient. Mittersill is small, but has a few nice restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for the lower budget traveler!

This was a last minute booking and we arrived late as we'd had a full day of driving. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were even able to have dinner in their beautiful Dining Room. Breakfast was wonderful with a very full Buffet.

It was a very good place to stay and the persons running the hotel were very nice. I certainly would stop there again.

This guesthouse is conveniently located in front of the village's simbolic church, very close to bus stop from nearby train station Brixlegg. The apartment I stayed for 5 nights was almost brand new, spotless, and had everything-you-need for comfortable stay. The owner Gitti (and her staff )welcomed guests with authentic Tirolian way of hospitality and professionalism. She provided the guests with tips where to go and what to do in its neighboring villages! I strongly recommend this place to rest your sore bodies after a long hiking/skiing day!

We only stayed here one night and due to our schedule, had to leave very early in the morning. The hotel is pretty and was being repainted while we were there. We had a ground floor room so we had a door opening to a little patio with a table and chairs and the backyard of the hotel. The photos give the impression that the hotel is out by itself, but it is actually amongst a number of other buildings. The staff was nice although some did not speak English at all. We ate at their outdoor restaurant and that was very pleasant. The food was good and the service was good. We did think the beds were rather hard, but aside from that, it was a nice place to stay and good value for the money.
