Staff was great! Helped me find a safe route to walk to downtown, called a cab for me, and were generally happy, friendly and professional. We found the Hampton Inn to be clean and comfortable. It was a good location to Coors Field and we were able to walk to and from the field. The free parking, wireless internet, and breakfast were all a perk.

After I checked in I was in my room a total of three minutes before I went to the desk and told them I did not feel safe. Brand new Hotel just about a mile away from downtown. It is about 25 minute walk to 16th street mall bus stop by union station. Don't miss Amato's Ale House 10 min walk. No restuarant options for dinner next to the hotel. Amato's is the closest. Be sure to hit Wynkoop Brewery across from Union Station. Good Food and great beer.

The staff from hotel desk was quite helpful. They offered suggestions for dining as well as called the room after we arrived to ensure our accommodations were satisfactory. One thing that was disappointing was the use of plastic plates rather than some greener option.Overall, i had a good experience as well as the my two business associates.

The Hampton was nice with a great location. We were disappointed in the 2 queen beds verses the King bed we had requested. Apparently Kings beds come with a higher price tag. The linens were outstanding in any bed. The 24 hour coffee service in the lobby was a hit. We came from Hawaii and a hot cup of coffee hit the spot.

We just stayed for a night and we didn't know anything about Denver. So can't comment on the location, though it seemed to be in some a neighborhood across the freeway from the downtown. Wanted to stay "downtown" but hotels were sold out due to Presidental debate. Fortunately we were able to save a lot of money staying at this great location just outside of downtown area, but within 10-15 min walk through safe area. Stayed here before I went on to Breckenridge. Great hotel that's a little cheaper but close enough to all the major Denver sites. The neighborhood is not the best, but the front desk was super helpful when I asked for directions to late night eateries. Rooms are starting to show their age, but my room was very clean.

Hampton Inn is one of the most consistent hotel chains, although our king room at this Hampton was smaller than previous stays at other Hamptons. The location was just off I-25 across from downtown Denver. You can actually walk to Coors Stadium via a footbridge over I-25. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.
