OK but not what we expected. I would not give it 4 stars, between 2 and 3. No air con working in room, shower just dripped water, so couldn´t really use it. Shampoo etc was not replaced with more after one night. No decent computer to use. One provided was very slow and had to pay for it. POSITIVE: Staff very friendly

I booked a king room - non smoking. When I arrived they only had smoking rooms. They do not have wireless internet. The internet box was not working and had to be replaced. The costs for internet access was exhorbitant 15 pounds for 24 hours. There was no iron in the room so clothes had to be sent out for pressing but not between saturday lunch and […] monday morning. The AC units were archaic and noisy. The temperature adjuster was in such a position that it was poorlu illumintaed and did not have a back-light so was virually impossible to read. The hotel was good, I didn't feel in a Hilton tough. Cheaper than staying in Central London, 35 min by train. The room was pretty, clean and big for an European hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Would stay there again. Watch out for cab driver charging double from the airport to the hotel!

Great staff, very friendly atmosphere and very nice room on the Third floor. A lot of business meetings seemed on, but I guess it is a business hotel. I would certainly stay here again. Also great food at the restaurant and excellent breakfast. Would recommend eating in.

Bed as hard as a rock, quilt about half an inch thick, pillows were very uncomfortable. Condition of fittings in room. Shabby, in need of a bit of TLC. Staff very very good, no complaints about service. Cost of food and drinks exorbitant.

Room reasonably large for price but had to pay for internet connection which struck me as mean (though not sure if that is usual in the UK? but even if it is should be clearly stated in the hotel's blurb). Friendly helpful staff, clean room. Swimming pool changing rooms could do with being mopped regularly as the floors were very wet in the Ladies. I suggest free internet connection would be useful for guests, even if just for the first hour usuage per day.

The hotel was everything you would expect from a Hilton, with one notable exception: We arrived at opening time at the restaurant with our 2 year old and 9 month old and asked to be seated on the veranda. Apparently this was code for "please ignore us" and it took 45 minutes for us to receive any food, despite other people being served quite promptly. […] I will leave you to imagine the chaos our children were raising by that point. If you enjoy a walk, then the 'nature trail' is delightful and barely used #which is great as it is soooo peaceful for a spot of solitude# - a multitude of lovely little creatures abound and they have a meadow and beehives at the other end of the trail. Even though the M25 is a short stretch away, the hotel and grounds are an oasis of calm for me and I am always a tad disappointed if I can't get a room. The hotel is in a leafy, pretty location with a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Cobham. The town of Cobham offers lovely individual shops and a cafe culture. Only about one & a half miles from one of the country's best gardens, RHS Wisley and just off the motorway making it accessable to all areas. Room 238 next to noisy left and generator so not day to get off to sleep - then once we finally got to sleep a drunken person locked themselves out of their own room 4 times!!! making a lot of noise in the corridor from 2.25am for about an hour. Rang reception 3 times to sort it however took too long to resolve. Terrible night trying to get some sleep. […] Poor sound insulation. So avoid rooms in this hotel that back onto the lift. Great hotel and the staff all tried very hard to please and impress. In need of a refurb. here and there but still very clean and tidy. Excellent meals and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good nights sleep, value for money and pleasant staff who really do try to make you feel welcome.

The staff here take helpfulness and friendliness to a new level! Also, the food was of a very reasonable standard for the price paid, (we took advantage of a voucher obtained from Reception!) The health centre, of pool and fitness room, were well run and of good quality.
