Super 8 Flagstaff I-40 Ex 198 Lucky Lane - Flagstaff

Nice clean room, exactly what I expected. Location is good, right off the freeway, but very little noise. Typical continental breakfast. The price was higher than usual because of the NAU graduation ceremony, but it was still one of the better deals in town.

Room was cleaned daily, and in good condition. Shower, bathroom, and sink all clean. The bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast options were good. Overall a nice 3 day stay. I would stay again if visiting Flagstaff.

We stayed at the Super 8 for three days while we visited the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The hotel needs a major renovation. You are very close to the highway and train tracks. You really get what you pay for. If you want a cheap stay at a OK hotel then this is the place to stay. The waffles were good. I wouldn't stay there again.

You know your in trouble when the room has an air ionizer in it. The sheets smelled, the noise from the interstate was incessant and the heater was even louder. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice with good variety. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were just here for an over night but we would stay here again. The only drawback was that it was a little far from campus.

This outdated motel was clean but no jacuzzi due to lobby renovations not mentioned online! They need to update pics online. Pillows flat need to bring your own. Would hesitate to stay again with out knowing status of renovations.

It's a very nice hotel. It's clean and the bed is comofortable. The only downside is too close to the major streets and it's a lit bit noisy. Defintely would recommend and come back.

An ok place to stay for a night. For the most part it was clean, but in huge need of repair and upgrading. The bathtub had a big crack in it and some type of glue over the top that was coming off. Paint was coming off the bathroom walls and the bathroom floor was horrible. They continued both days to put only 3 towels in our room for 4 people and when […] we asked for towels at 7am, the front desk said that they were out and we had to wait for laundry to be done. Breakfast was ok the first day because there were few people when we went. The 2nd day it was crowded and nothing was kept stocked. It's a low carbers nightmare, but the food was just ok. They need a better system for the waffle machine. People would go up and make 2-3 waffles at a time (3 minutes each) while people waited. Then when it was finally our turn the batter ran out and the front desk recommended we "shake it". The dreadlocked front desk clerk was not helpful, seemed to hate her job and just sat in front of her computer "working". I stayed for five days. The room was redone each day. The desk folks helped me several times with directions and instructions on the tour pickups. Thank them for me. Most diners were within walking distance. Cracker Barrel, Dennys, McDonalds, and LoanStar. Good good good!!

Third time staying here. Very friendly staff. Right off freeway and next to gas and restuarants. Carpet in room needed cleaning and found hairs in tub so staff needs to do better job of cleaning. Will stay there again. Good cheap hotel.

Pluses: The room had a fridge, microwave, free Wi-fi (no password required), iron/ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, heat lamp in the bathroom and a separate light switch in the bathroom (a big plus for those night-time trips where you don't want to wake up the whole room by having to turn on the bathroom light from OUTSIDE the bathroom). The pool was out of order, the TV service was out part of the time, the breakfast was disappointing-waffle iron was in horrible condition & there wasn't much else to eat. The air-conditioner was way too cold even on low & it was too hot if turned off. The manager was disagreeable. I'm not hard to please, but stay some where else!!
