My stay for the most part was pretty good. Coming from Sacramento, it was kind of a pain to get to the hotel. Took a wrong turn. Breakfast was pretty good, but breakfast area was kind of small. The rooms were a little outdated, but overall a pretty good stay.

We booked a king suite for the weekend. I wouldn't have called the room a suite, as there was just one room with a bed and a seperate sitting area, but it was spacious, comfortable and clean. We stayed here while visiting Six Flags Discovery Kingdom for the weekend (opted out of near park after reading reviews about multiple vehicle break-ins). Pros: Room was clean, beds were comfy, location is near multiple eateries, gas stations/convenience stores, quiet neighborhood, indoor pool/hottub, great continental breakfast, friendly hotel staff, […] 15 minutes from park. Cons: Didn't receive wake-up call as requested, upon arrival we had no towels (told they were still being washed). Overall I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Very clean, fairly close to Napa wineries, and good value. Our room on the 4th floor was fine, but our friends on the 2nd floor said their air conditioner kept waking them up. The rooms had a fridge and microwave. I would stay there again. Michelle at the front desk was very helpful, and gave us a great recommendation for a dinner spot.

Loved the staff On arrival fridge didn't work but had recently been defrosted and cleaned and was turned back on and working by the time we arrived back from dinner....it began to work so well it froze the contents. Diet Cokes, extra icey cold. Leftover fajitas, ice shrimps. lol Best breakfast at a hotel ever, they even offered soy milk which was […] HUGE for my soy milk only daughter. Pool was quite warm, hot tub was ice cold and no one knew until I asked about it. They stated they were replacing a part and should be warm by our second nights stay, it wasn't and sadly still cold the morning of our departure. This was a fantastic hotel, great breakfast and awesome hot tub at the end of the day! However the person in the room next to us slept with the TV on all night long and we didn't get much sleep. The hotel must have paper thin walls.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay while visiting Napa, the Fairfield is a good choice. Clean rooms, pleasent staff and quiet. No restaurant on site and no flat screen tv's. One elevator so don't be in a hurry. But it is a short drive to Napa.

Itts a decent clean hotel with a good staff. the full breakfast was better than many breakfasts where you just get a danish or fruit. Parking is easy and free. We used this hotel to find value on a trip to Napa. Though it is 12 miles from Napa, we paid half what friends paid who stayed at Hawthorne Suites in Napa. The breakfast was really good! I had my four kids swim and the pool was nice. The tile got really slipperery and its shallow~3,3.5,and 4I feet. But my kids are little and it worked out that they could touch.

The location was great for us. The pool and work out room was nice to use after a day at Six Flags, or visiting in the city. One disappointing factor was when we returned from a day at Six Flags, our room had not been cleaned nor had our linen been changed. when reserving the room they ask how many people are staying. So shouldn't there be enough towels in the room to accomodate everyone? We asked for more towels and where told someone would be up in 10 minutes. 3 hrs later while we were out someone came by with more towels. In the bathroom there is a note about conservation and to only discard the towels […] you want replaced by placing on the floor or in the bathtub.While we were out the maid took all of the towels and once again we didn't have enough for everyone. Lets not even talk about the kids on the upper floor that were running up and down the room and the clerk downstairs not caring one way or another if it bothered us or not. And the kicker of it all? When checking out, the clerk didn't even ask how our stay was. For the amount of money I spent there I expected better service. I will never stay there again. Shame on you Fairfield Inn. Read more

My stay at the Fairfield is always amazing! I have stayed there several times when I visit Napa even though it is still a little distant. Their service is excellent and there is always someone that makes it special. They have a great breakfast and the staff is always so helpful and accomodating!!! The room was excelent! The bed was super comfy, so were the pillows!! But when I woke up and wanted a cup of coffee, I couldn't get the coffee pot to work. I wasn't too happy about that.
